★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Imobiliária sem respeito ao cliente, sem compromisso, me descriminou por que sou NEGRO! Mandei todas as documentações que pediram, comprovante de renda é superior muitas vezes ao valor exigido, nome sem restrição, mandei tudo que me pediram demorou a me dar resposta, quando deu disse apenas que foi reprovado, mas sem motivo! Uma falta de compromisso e respeito sem tamanho! Sou empresário e dono de uma rede de lojas me senti mal, pois senti certa diferença com o corretor que ficava me medindo pelo meu jeito simples de vestir, achou que meus documentos eram falsos. É triste que tenha pessoas/empresas que ainda pensam assim, recriminam pela cor e forma de vestir, simplesmente lamentável, o desrespeito foi tão grande que ainda me bloqueou no telefone sem mesmo me falar o motivo da recusa isso me deixa muito triste. Nota ZEROOOO (0)

A lack of commitment and respect without size! I am a businessman and owner of a chain of stores I felt bad, because I felt a certain difference with the broker who was measuring me by my simple way of dressing, he thought my documents were false. It is sad that there are people / companies that still think like that, blame for the color and way of dressing, simply unfortunate, the disrespect was so great that it still blocked me on the phone without even telling me the reason for the refusal that makes me very sad. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui atendido pelo filho mimado do dono, avancei nas negociações, afirmei que iria enviar os documentos até o fim da tarde, minha esposa enviou mensagem pedindo para visitar o apartamento no dia seguinte, disso que só iam permitir a visita após envio dos documentos (não entendi a conexão). Enviei os documentos no fim da tarde, UMA HORA DEPOIS esse mimadinho chamado Renan me diz que tem OUTRA FICHA APROVADA. Ficou o dia todo me enchendo o saco pra enviar os documentos, pra no fim do dia me dizer que já tinha outra ficha? Cadê o respeito com a fila de interesse, a minha proposta já estava ACEITA pelo proprietário. Como pode isso? Faltou profissionalismo da empresa como um todo, além de parecer que pararam no tempo, tanto o escritório quanto a ficha cadastral que pergunta o telefone do gerente da sua conta, em plena era digital, faz me rir. Boa sorte para essa empresa, pois vai precisar para sobreviver.

I sent the documents in the late afternoon, ONE HOUR LATER this spoiled boy named Renan tells me he has ANOTHER APPROVED FORM. Did you bother me all day to send the documents, to tell me at the end of the day that you already had another file? Where is the respect with the queue of interest, my proposal was already ACCEPTED by the owner. How can this be? The company as a whole lacked professionalism, in addition to seeming to have stopped in time, both the office and the registration form that asks your account manager's phone number, in the middle of the digital age, makes me laugh. Good luck to this company as it will need it to survive.

Não gostei o inquilino não pagou ,e ficou por isso Mesmo ,não administraram nada só receberam a comissão
