★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento e canal de marcação de consultas, prepare-se para aguardar mais de 1 hora pra ser atendido por telefone e pelo whatsapp mais de um dia. Site confuso onde não específica as regras, você só descobre depois de tomar chá de cadeira.
Terrible service and appointment scheduling channel, prepare to wait more than 1 hour to be answered by phone and whatsapp for more than a day. Confusing site where it doesn't specify the rules, you only find out after having a cup of tea.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Fiz um ultrassom, paguei para gravar e não recebi a gravação. Entrei em contato e até agora nada. Ninguém responde, o tempo de espera é fora do normal.
Terrible attendance. I had an ultrasound, paid to record and didn't receive the recording. I contacted them and so far nothing. No one answers, the waiting time is unusual.

Bad service for scheduling. I was waiting 6 hours for a response on Whatsapp and 20 minutes for a call. When they answered me, they transferred to another extension. Anyway, the agenda was for 20 days of waiting. I gave up on scheduling.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento na recepção, para retirar um exame tem que pegar uma senha e aguardar chegar a sua vez , fiquei 25 minutos aguardando para retirar um exame , isso é ridículo.
Bad service at reception, to take an exam you have to get a password and wait for your turn to arrive, I was waiting 25 minutes to take an exam, this is ridiculous.

Fora que o atendimento presencial chega a ser ridículo
Os responsáveis deveriam tomar medidas o mais rápido possível
Lugares assim deveriam fechar as portas, treinar as pessoas e depois voltar a “atender”
1 star because I can't give 0
I spent more than 3 days trying to get care at this clinic
Apart from that the face-to-face service is ridiculous
Those responsible should take action as soon as possible
Places like this should close their doors, train people and then go back to “attending”
