★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível!! No banner a comida mostrava 2 pedaços de parmegiana, quando veio só era um pedaço. O molho da parmegiana estava ralo e ruim e o arroz nem se fala. Só comi pq estava com fome e não queria perder o dinheiro. Mas não voltarei de jeito nenhum.
Horrible!! On the banner the food showed 2 pieces of parmegiana, when it came it was just one piece. The parmegiana sauce was thin and bad and the rice is not even mentioned. I only ate because I was hungry and didn't want to lose the money. But no way will I return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi rápido, as atendentes foram muito simpáticas, mas a comida apesar de estar boa estavam perdidas dentro do prato. Era pouco arroz, pouco molho e o tamanho da carne era bem pequeno. Foi decepcionante, o prato pedido foi frango a parmegiana com arroz branco.
It was quick, the attendants were very friendly, but the food, despite being good, was lost inside the plate. There was little rice, little sauce and the size of the meat was very small. It was disappointing, the dish ordered was chicken parmigiana with white rice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em 36 anos, nunca vi PIOR ATENDIMENTO ao cliente. Todas as vezes somos atendidos com má vontade, por todos. Ontem pedi esfirras, pq infelizmente meu filho gosta muito e veio numa caixa suja, quem foi molhada e secou, porém estava suja. Pedi para trocar, porém jogaram dentro de outra e foi nítido dos que estavam na cozinha e do gerente. O cliente não pode mais reclamar, tem que aceitar qualquer coisa?
O ambiente tem aspecto sujo, o atendimento é horrível, desorganizado e atendentes mal humorados. Experiência péssima.
In 36 years I have never seen WORSE customer service. Every time we are treated grudgingly, by everyone. Yesterday I asked for esfirras, because unfortunately my son likes it a lot and it came in a dirty box, which was wet and dried, but it was dirty. I asked to change it, but they threw it into another one and it was clear from those in the kitchen and the manager. The customer can no longer complain, does he have to accept anything?
The environment looks dirty, the service is horrible, disorganized and grumpy attendants. Bad experience.
