 Great professionals !!! There was a leak in the property right after the keys were handed over. They gave me all assistance and were present at all times; including the plumber's visit for evaluation and return for repair. Thank you for everything!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, não respondem ou demoram tanto que o imóvel fica indisponível. Proprietários de imóveis, se forem anunciar com eles, não os deixem como imobiliária exclusiva.
Terrible, they do not respond or take so long that the property is unavailable. Property owners, if you are going to advertise with them, don't leave them as exclusive real estate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente tive uma péssima experiência com a Imobiliária. Agendei um horário para ver diversos imóveis que eu tinha interesse porém quando cheguei a corretora não estava no local. Quando liguei, ela pediu para que aguardássemos outro corretor, o que não aconteceu (ficamos esperando 1h30 para que alguém da imobiliária pudesse nos atender!)
Levei minha familia toda para ver os imóveis e me senti extremamente desrespeitado, pois saí de São Paulo com a expectativa de ver os imóveis que tinha gostado e que a corretora havia dito que estavam disponíveis, o que vim saber depois que não estavam.
Espero que melhorem o atendimento e respeitem o tempo de seus clientes.
Unfortunately I had a bad experience with Real Estate. I scheduled an appointment to see several properties that I was interested in but when I arrived the brokerage was not on site. When I called, she asked us to wait for another realtor, which didn't happen (we were waiting 1h30 for someone from the realtor to answer us!)
I took my whole family to see the properties and I felt extremely disrespected, as I left São Paulo with the expectation of seeing the properties that I had liked and that the realtor had said were available, which I came to know later that they were not.
I hope they improve their service and respect their customers' time.

Atendimento e pessoa ímpar. Tivemos um problema pontual com uma outra pessoa da imobiliária, que foi prontamente resolvido pela própria Hadja, muito solicita e atenciosa também. Só temos a agradecer ao serviço prestado, e a recepção no momento da entrega das chaves, onde fomos surpreendidos por uma linda cesta.

Unique service and person. We had an occasional problem with another person from the real estate agency, which was promptly resolved by Hadja herself, very solicitous and attentive as well.
