 Very good pizza but worst service I've ever seen, 2 hours waiting for the pizza and then they cancelled.

I used to be a customer, in Cássio's time,. Today, Disappointing, I wouldn't recommend it!! I called complaining, the Owner, told me to speak with Pizzaiolo...... lol

Fiz o pedido e fiquei aguardando mais de 3h tentando falar e não atendiam e quando atenderam vieram com desculpas que não foi feito o pedido, depois acharam o pedido e pedindo desculpas pelo erro e mesmo assim muito arrogantes.
Não indico para ninguém.
São péssimos como profissionais.
Terrible, very bad service. Note 0000000 zero. I don't buy from them anymore... I placed the order and waited more than 3 hours trying to speak and they didn't answer and when they answered they came with apologies that the order was not made, then they found the order and apologizing for the mistake and even so very arrogant.
I don't recommend it to anyone.
They suck as professionals.

Antes com o outro dono era perfeita...
Agora...
Pedi a pizza as 19 hs chegou as 22 hs ainda fria...
Liga 20 vezes para ser atendido 1 e ainda a pessoa fica te enrolando falando que já saiu...
Perdeu um cliente...
I changed my grade from 5 to because if I had the option 0 I would...
Before with the other owner it was perfect...
Now...
Ordered the pizza at 19:00, arrived at 22:00, still cold...
Calls 20 times to be answered 1 and still the person keeps rolling you saying they've already left...
Lost a customer...

Teve mudança na direção do estabelecimento e do cardápio. Poucas informações ao cliente quanto a isso, massa muito pesada e pizza gordurosa.
