★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui na loja do Analia Franco para fazer a troca de uma roupa que havia comprado em.outra unidade. Mesmo sendo uma troca o vendedor me atendeu com excelência. Isso é a preocupação com o cliente, é propósito. Se eu não estou enganado o nome do vendedor é Marcio.
I went to Analia Franco's store to change the clothes I had bought in another unit. Even though it was an exchange, the seller served me with excellence. This is the concern for the customer, it is purpose. If I'm not mistaken the name of the seller is Marcio.
