★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Hapvida é uns dos piores plano de saúde. 3 horas pra fazer uma autorização de um exame. Sempre demora. Uma burocracia grande. Não indico a ninguém.
Hapvida is one of the worst health plans. 3 hours to authorize an exam. It always takes. A big bureaucracy. I don't recommend it to anyone.

Estou tentando marcar uma consulta pelo site dessa horrível empresa, mas o site não abre. Já mudei até de celular, mas nada funciona, o site dessa empresa não abre o layout para marcar!!
Venho aqui me expor, contar meu sofrimento, esperando evitar que outros caiam nas mãos dessa horrível empresa, pq já estou sem esperança de receber alguma ajuda. Já ficou bem claro para mim como funciona o serviço dessa empresa!!! Se possível, fujam disso!!!
Infelizmente, qdo jovem passei minha vida pagando esse péssimo serviço, agora, já velho, estou mendigando, humilhado, sangrando e com dores, por uma simples consulta que só deus sabe qdo irá se realizar.. Triste!! Fujam enquanto são jovens!!! Saiam das mãos dessa empresa!!!
A resposta deles aqui eu já conheço, dirão que estão mandando a situação para o setor responsável.. Um cópia e cola padronizado sem mudar uma vírgula!!! Triste!! Só no "brasil"!! Aproveitem, continuem fazendo isso com o povo, afinal, estamos no "brasil" mesmo!!!
I've been trying to make an appointment for a proctologist for about 6 days. I have a severe hemorrhoid crisis with constant bleeding.
I'm trying to book an appointment through this horrible company's website, but the website won't open. I've even changed my cell phone, but nothing works, this company's website doesn't open the layout to mark!!
I come here to expose myself, tell my suffering, hoping to prevent others from falling into the hands of this horrible company, because I'm already without hope of receiving any help. It was already very clear to me how the service of this company works!!! If possible, run away from it!!!
Unfortunately, when I was young I spent my life paying for this terrible service, now, as an old man, I'm begging, humiliated, bleeding and in pain, for a simple appointment that only God knows when it will take place.. Sad!! Run away while you're young!!! Get out of the hands of this company!!!
I already know their answer here, they will say that they are sending the situation to the responsible sector.. A standardized copy and paste without changing a comma!!! Sad!! Only in Brazil"!! Enjoy, keep doing this with the people, after all, we are in "Brazil" really!!!
