DEVERIA ficar evidente na hora de preencher o cadastro com os dados pessoais.
Tentei me inscrever na aula de yoga GRATUITA a convite da professora, porem após prencher cadastro e tentar reservar a aula, a pagina solicitava a compra de creditos, quando tentei reclamar, recebi uma resposta bem ironica 'engraçada' me chamando de tonta por não ter achado o codigo promocional, que aliás não foi informado pela professora no Facebook e nem aparecia num lugar de facil visibilidade ao tentar acessar a pagina web desde o celular.
Continuem com essa atitude de superioridade fazendo o usuario se sentir otário por um problema de usabilidade da sua pagina web.
HARD ZONE

Continue with this attitude of superiority making the user feel like a sucker for a usability problem with your web page.
