★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu não gostei dessa academia, pois os professores que ficam na parte da musculação deixam os alunos "a Deus dará", varias vezes NENHUM professor chegou a mim e corrigiu o meu exercício, NENHUM professor chegou e disse que para tal objetivo era preciso fazer tal exercício. VARIAS vezes eu treinava com o meu treino vencido, pois o professor ainda não tinha feito um novo. Tem um professor, que não esta nem ai para nada, só anda desfilando pela academia. O meu treino estava vencido e eu falava para ele e, ele dizia que iria fazer um novo e nunca mais fez, até que eu comecei a treinar por conta própria, por treino que eu via na internet, ai outro professor me perguntou qual era o meu treino e eu disse que não tinha e o perguntei se ele poderia fazer um pra mim, para a minha surpresa, a resposta dele foi NÃO POSSO, TEMOS UMA POLITICA AQUI DENTRO QUE CADA PROFESSOR PASSA O TREINO PARA O SEU ALUNO, detalhe .. o professor é escolhido na hora em que você faz uma avaliação. Ai depois dessa eu terminei de pagar o meu plano e não renovei mais. E quem me pergunta sobre esta academia eu explico a minha situação e não a recomendo para ninguém. Ah e esqueci de falar, o valor é sim fora da realidade, uma vez que cada aluno paga um valor, é sim completamente fora da realidade. Eu comecei pagando esta academia no valor até acessível, mas se você não faz o plano conforme eles querem, metem a faca mesmo.
I did not like this academy, because the teachers who stay in the bodybuilding section leave the students "God will give", several times NO teacher came to me and corrected my exercise, NO teacher came and said that for such purpose it was necessary to do such exercise. SEVERAL times I trained with my training expired, as the teacher had not yet done a new one. There is a teacher, who is not there for anything, just walks around the academy. My training was overdue and I told him and, he said he was going to do a new one and never did it again, until I started training on my own, for training I saw on the internet, then another teacher asked me what was the my training and I said I didn’t and asked him if he could do one for me, to my surprise, his answer was NO I CAN’T, WE HAVE A POLICY HERE INSIDE EACH TEACHER PASSES THE TRAINING TO HIS STUDENT, detail .. the teacher is chosen when you make an assessment. Then after that I finished paying my plan and didn't renew it anymore. And whoever asks me about this academy I explain my situation and I do not recommend it to anyone. Oh and I forgot to mention, the value is really out of reality, since each student pays a value, it is completely out of reality. I started paying for this gym at an affordable price, but if you don't plan as they want, put the knife in anyway.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Academia muito boa e todos instrutores muito atenciosos! Depois da reabertura na pandemia sempre me senti segura e tem a opção de uma aula mais restrita com poucos alunos! Além de dar mais resultado por ter um instrutor quase como personal, tem menos exposição. Mas mesmo na musculação, sempre tomaram bastante cuidado com higienização, oferecendo álcool e produtos para limpar os aparelhos e limitando a quantidade de alunos por hora.
Very good gym and very attentive instructors! After reopening in the pandemic I always felt safe and have the option of a more restricted class with few students! In addition to giving more results by having an instructor almost as a personal, there is less exposure. But even in weight training, they have always taken great care with hygiene, offering alcohol and products to clean the devices and limiting the number of students per hour.
