Há anos atrás, os tênis eram ótimos, porém, hj em dia, não tem qualidade alguma assim como o atendimento pós venda, pois adquiri um tênis dias atrás pelo site, 1.dia após a compra, eles entraram em ctt via WhatsApp para dizer que o tênis não estava disponível, sendo que o msm estava disponível no ato da compra, tive que optar por outra cor do qual não gostei, mas para evitar transtornos troquei a cor, quando o tênis chegou, que DECEPÇÃO, parecia tênis descartável, um couro sintético super fino ,estava contorcido, arranhado, mal costurado e péssimamente colado um verdadeiro show de horror, entrei em.contato para solicitar a devolução do valor pago, me enviaram o código de postagem, postei nos Correios, o mesmo já chegou lá, e até agora não enviaram meu comprovante de estorno, olham minha mensagem no WhatsApp e não respondem, RESUMIDO , FUJAM DESTA EMPRESA QUE NAO ZELAM PELO BEM ESTAR DE SEUS CLIENTES! Vou procurar meus direitos.
This company is kidding! Years ago, the sneakers were great, but today, there is no quality whatsoever as well as the after-sales service, as I bought a sneaker a few days ago through the website, 1.day after the purchase, they went into ctt via WhatsApp to say that the sneakers were not available, as msm was available at the time of purchase, I had to choose another color that I didn't like, but to avoid inconvenience I changed the color, when the sneakers arrived, what DISAPPOINTMENT, it looked like disposable sneakers, super thin synthetic leather, it was contorted, scratched, poorly sewn and poorly glued a real horror show, I contacted to request the return of the amount paid, they sent me the postage code, I posted it at the post office, it has already arrived there, and so far they haven't sent my proof of chargeback, they look at my message on WhatsApp and don't reply, SUMMARIZED, RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY THAT DOESN'T CARE FOR THE WELL-BEING OF ITS CUSTOMERS! I will look for my rights.
