Em pleno domingo a tarde, o hospital praticamente vazio e passei 1h esperando por atendimento! Minha cachorrinha estava morrendo nos meus braços e nada do veterinário aparecer. E o pior, chegou outro animal depois que eu cheguei, ele entrou e eu fiquei na recepção esperando. Nunca vi tanta falta de empatia. É triste ver que existe esse tipo de empresa, ainda mais lidando com vidas.
Tive que ir para o Hospital Veterinário de Natal, lá ela foi atendida imediatamente, mas faleceu poucos minutos depois.
Enfim, estou realmente traumatizada. Não indico, se for urgência, sugiro que vá para outro hospital, mesmo que seja mais longe.

On Sunday afternoon, the hospital was practically empty and I spent 1 hour waiting for care! My little dog was dying in my arms and no vet showed up. And worst of all, another animal arrived after I arrived, he entered and I was waiting at the reception. I've never seen such a lack of empathy. It is sad to see that this type of company exists, even more so dealing with lives.
I had to go to the Veterinary Hospital in Natal, there she was treated immediately, but died a few minutes later.
Anyway, I'm really traumatized. I do not indicate, if it is urgent, I suggest you go to another hospital, even if it is further away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu pet estava adoentado e eu tive que levá-lo duas vezes (para a emergência) e fomos, em ambas, muitíssimo bem atendidos.
O ambiente é muito organizado, fomos bem recepcionados, os profissionais com quem nos consultamos eram extremamente qualificados. O doutor Suelton, por exemplo, que fez uma ultra no nosso cachorro, foi super atencioso e nos explicou o que estava acontecendo com ele, nos passou confiança e mostrou o que poderia ser feito para o tratamento. Alguns dias depois, voltamos, dessa vez para uma emergência, e fomos atendidos por doutor Washington. Que médico veterinário atencioso e cuidadoso! Ficamos numa consulta que durou perto de 1h e ele prescreveu um tratamento que ajudou muito nosso cachorrinho, explicando o quadro (de pancreatite), como se daria a evolução, que remédios tomar e em que ocasiões tomar etc.
Super-indico o hospital, que conta com estrutura muito boa e profissionais qualificados e que entendem o quanto nossos filhos de quatro patas significam para nós

The environment is very organized, we were well received, the professionals we consulted with were extremely qualified. Dr. Suelton, for example, who performed an ultrasound on our dog, was super attentive and explained to us what was happening to him, gave us confidence and showed us what could be done for the treatment. A few days later, we returned, this time for an emergency, and were attended to by Dr. Washington. What a thoughtful and caring veterinarian! We had a consultation that lasted close to 1 hour and he prescribed a treatment that helped our puppy a lot, explaining the condition (pancreatitis), how the evolution would take place, what medication to take and when to take it, etc.
I highly recommend the hospital, which has a very good structure and qualified professionals who understand how much our four-legged children mean to us.
