★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedido número 94 da unidade de boa viagem chegou errado, entramos em contato e o gerente da loja resolveu o problema mandando o pedido corretamente e ainda mandou um agrado, detalhe a cozinha já havia fechado, mas ele corrigiu tudo mesmo assim, mto satisfeito com o atendimento da loja, sem falar do sushi q eh delicioso. Recomendo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente o app está cheio de erros, como por exemplo não consigo resetar a senha, e não tem suporte para solução do problema. Recomendo apenas pelo iFood, no entanto o preço sai mais caro.
Unfortunately, the app is full of errors, such as I can't reset the password, and there's no support for solving the problem. I recommend only for iFood, however the price is more expensive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A comida do Harô é excelente e o atendimento é bom, infelizmente só dou 03 estrelas porque o restaurante peca em pequenos detalhes:
primeiro eles não incluem molho teriaki, wasabi nem gengibre nos pedidos, você sempre tem que pedir adicional por fora independente do valor do seu pedido original
Segundo, as vezes eu peço adicional e escrevo na observação "por favor não esquecer o adicional" e mesmo assim o pessoal vai e esquece o bendito adicional que eu paguei extra.
Se essas pequenas coisas fossem corrigidas o restaurante poderia ser 05 estrelas
Harô's food is excellent and the service is good, unfortunately I only give it 3 stars because the restaurant lacks in small details:
first they don't include teriyaki sauce, wasabi or ginger in the orders, you always have to order extra outside regardless of the value of your original order
Second, sometimes I ask for an additional and write in the note "please don't forget the additional" and even then people go and forget the blessed additional that I paid extra.
If these little things were fixed the restaurant could be 05 stars
