★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A clínica é muito bonita e as recepcionistas atenciosas mas a demora no atendimento é desrespeitosa. Marqueia a consulta para as 10h e só fui atendida após as 10h50 porque a doutora "estava finalizando um procedimento". Faltou organizar melhor a agenda, se tem procedimento não pode marcar consulta naquele horário e vice versa.
Muita falta de respeito com o paciente.
 The clinic is very beautiful and the receptionists are attentive but the delay in attending is disrespectful. I would make an appointment for 10 am and I was only attended after 10.50 am because the doctor "was finishing a procedure". It was necessary to organize the agenda better, if you have a procedure you cannot make an appointment at that time and vice versa.
Much lack of respect for the patient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mais de mês estava marcado uma consulta para minha esposa e eu no dia 21/10 com a dermatologista Dra. Calu.
No mesmo dia, no período da manhã mandaram WhatsApp para nós pedindo para remarcar pois a médica teve um imprevisto. Nós rebatemos perguntando se não haveria nenhum outro especialista para atender e após o almoço a clínica respondeu que estava tudo certo e que não precisaria remarcar.
Minha esposa chegou lá com antecedência e foi atendida com 30 minutos de atraso.
Felizmente eu fui atendido dentro do horário agendado.
Porém o atendimento é horrível. Se ela ou eu ficamos no consultório por 10 minutos foi muito.
Não houve absolutamente nenhum exame, não houve empatia ou se quer preocupação em saber se o paciente tem alguma outra queixa.
Simplesmente ouviu com pressa, falou tudo muito rápido, pediu uns exames de sangue, prescreveu uns remédios sem nem saber exatamente o que nós temos a queixar e já se levantou para se despedir e conduzir à porta. Detalhe, ao chegar na farmácia, um dos remédios estava com a grafia errada. A Dra. Calu prescreveu um remédio e escreveu errado o nome do remédio, o farmacêutico quem conseguiu identificar o que seria o correto. Inclusive, já prescreveu uma tratamento com injeções etc sem ter nas mãos os exames de sangue que havia pedido ou então se quer olhado com calma a nós, pacientes.
Parecia que ela estava fazendo um favor para nós em nos atender. Tanto eu quanto minha esposa nos sentimos humilhados.
Realmente lamentável o atendimento.
Não recomendo!
More than month was scheduled an appointment for my wife and me on 10/21 with dermatologist Dr. Calu.
The same day, in the morning, they sent us WhatsApp asking to reschedule because the doctor had an unforeseen event. We countered by asking if there would be no other specialist to attend and after lunch the clinic replied that everything was fine and would not need to reschedule.
My wife arrived there in advance and was met 30 minutes late.
Luckily I was attended within the scheduled time.
But the service is horrible. If she or I stayed in the office for 10 minutes, that was a lot.
There have been absolutely no exams, no empathy or one wants to worry about whether the patient has any other complaints.
He simply listened in a hurry, said it all too quickly, ordered some blood tests, prescribed some medicine without even knowing exactly what we have to complain about, and got up to say goodbye and drive to the door. Detail, when arriving at the pharmacy, one of the medicines was spelled wrong. Dr. Calu prescribed a medicine and mistyped the name of the medicine, the pharmacist who could identify what would be right. You have even prescribed a treatment with injections etc. without having the blood tests you had requested or if you want to look calmly at us patients.
It looked like she was doing us a favor in meeting us. Both my wife and I feel humiliated.
Really unfortunate the service.
I do not recommend!

Queria elogiar em especial a recepcionista Dalva, pois mesmo com a agenda lotada do Dr conseguiu um encaixe para mim além, claro, foi super solícita e cordial.
