★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Três estrelas por que fui algumas vezes na loja em novembro e dezembro a procura de um modelo específico, estava sempre esgotado na numeração que procurei. Entendo que fim de ano é um período anormal, mas no fim não me atendeu.
Three stars because I went to the store a few times in November and December looking for a specific model, I was always exhausted in the number I looked for. I understand that the end of the year is an abnormal period, but in the end it didn't help me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, fui na loja 2 x efetuar uma troca, não tinha o produto, disseram que chegaria e não chegou, fora que as vendedoras estavam todas juntas conversando, quando eu entrei elas se espalharam e não me atenderam, tive que ir até o caixa pra pedir informações! Não volto nunca mais nessa loja.
Terrible service, I went to the store 2 x make an exchange, did not have the product, said they would arrive and did not arrive, outside that the saleswomen were all talking together, when I entered they spread and did not answer me, I had to go to the cashier to ask for information! I will never be back in this store.
