★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boa noite, venho por meio desta contar com tamanha tristeza um ocorrido nesta loja da havaianas do shopping guararapes? entrei na loja por volta das10:45 da manha do dia 12 de janeiro sabado passado para comprar mais uma havaiana como sempre sou apaixonadissima pelas sandalias e acessorios. Entrei na loja desejei bom dia a tres atendente que estava no salao eram um rapaz e duas mocas o rapaz me respondeu falei pra ele que gostaria de comprar uma havaiana que pertencia ao lançamento... Eu ja tinha ido na mesma loja e tinha tirado foto dessa sandalia mostrei a foto da sandalia no meu celular para o atendente que me perguntou o numero falei que era o numero37 ele me disse que nao tinha, perguntei se tinha o numero36 ele falou que ia ver se tinha la emcima?? parece ser uma atendimento normal nué mais nao foi mais deveria, no centro da loja existe uma mesa e na mesa uma gaveta onde fica alguns acessorios toda essa conversa que eu tive com esse vendendor ele o tempo todo conversando com as duas vendedoras que estavam ao seu e mexendo nesta gaveta eu falando com ele e ele no total desprezo continuava a conversinha entre os tres como se eu nao existisse ali? ele me falou que ia ver se tinha a sandalia no andar de cima da loja mais no mesmo lugar que ele estava ele ficou e sem nem olhar na minha cara continuou la. nossa fiquei por alguns segundos olhando para os tres e eles nem ai como se nao tivesse ninguem ali mais me deu uma tristeza uma decepcao nao lembro de ser tao mal atendida em uma loja me sentir mal me sentir ninguem sei la...... Eu poderia ter falado eu nao estou pedindo eu estou comprando mais o pessimo atendimento me afetou tanto que me virei dei as costas e fui embora???? acredito que seus funcionarios tenha com certeza treino sobre o bom atendimento fale para esse rapaz que ele procure atender as pessoas como ele gostaria de ser atendido . passei o dia no meu trabalho mal e mesmo assim qndo larguei ainda sentia vontade de ter aquela sandalia pensei em comprar em outra loja, mais em outra loja nao ia ter aquela lançamento entao votei la acho que 19:00 fiquei enfrente a loja ainda um pouco constragida qndo me abordou um atendente chamado gabriel e me deu um excelentissimo atendimento noooooossa que diferencia me sentir gente enquanto pela manha me fizeram me sentir um nada. Mostrei a foto da sandalia que eu queria ele me disse que tinha faleique nao ia ter o numero que eu queria o vendedor gabriel me perguntou que numero seria eu falei 37 ele nao precisou subir para lugar nenhum e rapidamente me trouxe o numero 37 graças a deus fui tratado a noite como um ser humano ao contrario do atendimento que tive pela manha. Fale com esse vendedor ensine a ele a ter pelo menos respeito pelas pessoas ele me fez me sentir mal o dia inteiro pelo pessimo atendimento dele. Sou maria de lourdes tenho43 anos
Good night, I hereby tell you with such sadness an occurrence in this havaianas store at the Guararapes mall? I entered the store at around 10:45 in the morning of January 12th last Saturday to buy another havaiana as I am always very passionate about sandals and accessories. I went into the store and wished good morning to the three attendants who were in the salon they were a boy and two girls the guy answered me I told him I would like to buy a Hawaiian that belonged to the launch... I had already gone to the same store and had taken a picture of this sandal I showed the photo of the sandal on my cell phone to the attendant who asked me the number I said it was the number 37 he told me he didn't have it, I asked if he had the number 36 he said he was going to see if there was it on top, it seems to be a service normal nué but it wasn't anymore it should, in the center of the store there is a table and on the table a drawer where some accessories are all this conversation I had with this salesperson he was talking all the time talking to the two saleswomen who were next to him and moving in this drawer I was talking to him and he was in total disdain and continued the conversation between the three of them as if I didn't exist there, he told me he was going to see if he had the sandal upstairs in the store, but in the same place he was, he stayed and no one m look on my face continued there. Wow, I was looking at the three of them for a few seconds and they didn't care like there was no one there anymore I was saddened a disappointment I don't remember being so poorly attended in a store I feel bad I don't know anyone... I could have said I'm not ordering I'm buying but the bad service affected me so much that I turned around and left, I believe your employees have for sure training on good service tell this guy to look for him meet people as he would like to be served. I spent the day at my job badly and even so when I left I still felt like having that sandal I thought about buying it in another store, but in another store I wouldn't have that launch so I voted there I think 19:00 I was in front of the store a little bit embarrassed when an attendant called gabriel approached me and gave me an excellent service noooooossa that differentiates me from feeling like a person while in the morning they made me feel like nothing. I showed the photo of the sandal I wanted he told me he had said he wouldn't have the number I wanted the seller gabriel asked me what number it would be I said 37 he didn't have to go up anywhere and quickly brought me the number 37 thank god I was treated at night like a human being, unlike the service I had in the morning. Talk to this salesperson, teach him to have at least respect for people he made me feel bad all day for his poor service. I'm Maria de Lourdes, I'm 43 years old
