★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, desde o contato telefônico. Segunda-feira, 20/09/21, por volta das 20:00: telefonei pra essa loja (por meio do link no Google. Sem erro. Foi pra essa loja mesmo. Ligação registrada no meu aparelho) a fim de confirmar numeração de 3 pares de Havaianas TNS. A falta de educação da funcionária, que atende o telefone de forma grosseira e sem ao menos se identificar e também sem identificar a loja, já causou forte impacto negativo. Com presença de espírito e boa educação, respondo: mais uma vez, boa noite! Me desculpe. Eu liguei pra loja Havaianas, do Shopping Patteo Olinda. Ela desligou "na cara'. Tentei ligação mais algumas vezes e ela não atendeu (e provavelmente, instruiu outras pessoas a não atenderem). Minutos depois, uma outra funcionária atendeu e também não se identificou, mas perguntei se ela falava da loja Havaianas, no shopping Patteo Olinda e ela respondeu que sim. Educadamente, relatei o ocorrido e ela desconversou, demonstrando nítido despreparo. Nesse momento, eu já havia desistido da compra e dirigia rumo ao Shopping Riomar. Sugiro à/ao proprietária/o que renove a equipe desta loja, de forma a evitar que outros muitos clientes sejam pessimamente atendidos, e que assim, outros muitos clientes não desistam de fazer compras em sua loja. Atendimento é tudo!
