★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive uma experiência horrível quando fui fazer uma troca e outra compra pois já sou cliente antigo da riachuelo, passei puro constrangimento, o supervisor não resolveu o problema nome: Thiago e a funcionária: Isadora péssimo atendimento e mal educada chegou a falar que eu estava ofegante e alterado (onde eu estava mantendo a maior calma possível diante um problema em que eles não buscavam solução, muito pelo contrário dificultavam cada vez mais e eu como cliente antigo sei que isso não é índole da empresa), estamos vivendo uma fase de uso de máscara constante onde obviamente ninguém respira bem (parecendo ofegante).
Aconselho a vocês rever a questão da educação dos funcionários para com os clientes pois os funcionários são a porta de entrada para uma empresa seja ela qual for, procurei gerente ou responsável mas não achei, aguardo um retorno.
Obs: a empresa pode ser a melhor, tendo funcionários mal educados não vai para frente.
I had a horrible experience when I went to make an exchange and another purchase because I am already a longtime customer of Riachuelo, I went through pure embarrassment, the supervisor did not solve the problem name: Thiago and the employee: Isadora, the poor service and the bad manners even said that I was panting and changed (where I was keeping as calm as possible in the face of a problem in which they did not seek a solution, quite the constant mask where obviously no one breathes well (looking breathless).
I advise you to review the issue of employee education towards customers because employees are the gateway to a company, whatever it may be, I looked for a manager or person in charge but I didn't find it, I await a return.
Note: the company can be the best, having badly educated employees does not go forward.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Tem 6 guichês para pagamento e geralmente só 2 tem alguém atendendo. A fila demora demasiadamente por isso. Já desisti de comprar nessa loja só pela demora pra fazer o pagamento.
Terrible attendance. There are 6 payment windows and usually only 2 have someone working. The queue takes too long for this. I've given up on buying at this store just because of the delay in making the payment.
