★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre frequento o Havanna do Shopping Salvador e Barra e sou muito bem tratada porém, no Shopping Paralela foi diferente. Eu fui Havanna com minha mãe e pedi para atendente passar um pano na mesa pois estava molhada. A atendente do Havanna se negou, dizendo que já estava limpa. Resolvi então ir para uma outra mesa e como estava com muitas compras peguei uma cadeira para por as compras, a atendente tirou a cadeira que estavão as minhas coisa. Dessa forma, resolvi ir para outro café. Ocorrido 01.12.21 pela tarde
I always go to Havanna at Shopping Salvador and Barra and I am very well treated, however, at Shopping Paralela it was different. I went to Havanna with my mother and asked the attendant to wipe the table with a cloth because it was wet. The attendant at the Havanna refused, saying it was already clean. So I decided to go to another table and as I was with a lot of purchases I took a chair to put the purchases, the attendant took the chair where my things were. So, I decided to go to another cafe. Occurred 01.12.21 in the afternoon
