★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店主は日本人でも日系人でも何でもないのですが、なんだか日本を感じるパン屋さん。私が日本人と分かっても丁寧に対応してくれました。まずは基本のアンパンから食べましょう。ふわっふわで生地にも甘みを感じます。中のあんこは甘すぎず生地との調和をしっかりと考えられています。普通ブラジルだとあんこでも何でも甘いものには砂糖をどっぷり入れる習慣があるのですがここはそんなことなくあんこ本来の味も感じることがでいます。
めちゃくちゃ推してますが、ここは高級パン屋ではなく一般大衆向けのパン屋です。
 The shop owner is neither Japanese nor Nikkei, but a bakery that feels like Japan. Even if I knew that I was Japanese, he kindly responded. Let's start with the basic Anpan. It is fluffy and the dough feels sweet. The bean paste inside is not too sweet and is thought to be in harmony with the dough. Normally in Brazil, it is customary to add sugar to sweet bean paste or anything sweet, but here you can feel the original taste of the bean paste.
By the way, it's a bakery for the general public, not a luxury bakery.
