★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente loja! Sempre envio meus equipamentos la, os tecnicos tem vasto conhecimento e sao habilitados para resolver qualquer problema! Tive um problema grave com uma placa de video carissima que comprei e enviei em varios lugares, todos conderam a placa, em contramao a Hawk Informatica resolveu o meu problema, eles fizeram um procedimento delicado de remocao da solda do processador grafico e colocaram uma solda nova no lugar! Nunca mais tive problemas com esta placa...
Super recomendo a todos que tiverem problemas graves ou simples, eles sao aptos a resolver qualquer tipo de defeito!!!
 Excellent shop! I always send my equipment there, the technicians have vast knowledge and are qualified to solve any problem! I had a serious problem with a very expensive video card that I bought and sent in several places, everyone sold the card, but Hawk Informatica solved my problem, they did a delicate procedure to remove the solder from the graphics processor and put a new solder at the place! I never had any problems with this card again ...
I highly recommend it to everyone who has serious or simple problems, they are able to solve any type of defect !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei meu notebook Asus com Peças novas para olharem pois ligava mas logo em seguida desligava, passaram um orçamento para mim que achei muito caro ou corrente pelo serviço que queriam executar, se esse fosse realmente o defeito.
Queriam recondicionar a placa mãe e era para eu comprar um novo processador, busquei o notebook na loja pois queria outros orçamentos.
Levei para SP, MCR Notebooks... paguei por uma solução rápida e justa, o defeito era apenas uma bios.
No final das contas não recondicionei é nem precisei comprar um novo processador.
Usei todos componentes que levei para a assistência.
I took my Asus notebook with new parts to look at then I called but soon after I hung up, they gave me a budget that I found very expensive or current for the service they wanted to perform, if that was really the defect.
They wanted to recondition the motherboard and I was to buy a new processor, I looked for the notebook in the store because I wanted other budgets.
I took it to SP, MCR Notebooks ... I paid for a quick and fair solution, the defect was just a bios.
At the end of the day I did not recondition it nor did I need to buy a new processor.
I used all the components I took for assistance.

Especificamente, troca de chip super IO em placas mãe de notebooks. Além disso, se não tiver conserto, eles costumam ter aparelhos usados e revisados para vender, com ótimos preços.
