Relatam de forma transparente todos os problemas que são detectados, sem ficar "condenando" peças que não precisam ser substituídas, tiram todas as dúvidas e dão liberdade para comprar peças fora da oficina, e aguardam a chegada da mesma quando não demora muito. Em minha primeira vez fazendo revisão, fui atendido cordialmente depois mesmo sem agendamento, e para fazer um ajuste que não havia sido solicitado no orçamento (ajuste do freio de mão elétrico) o que demonstra o compromisso da empresa mesmo após realizar o serviço combinado, o que é difícil hoje em dia, outras verificações também realizadas sem agendamento e com boa vontade em atender e detectar o problema mesmo não sendo ligada diretamente a parte mecânica (parte elétrica).Por isso retorno sempre para fazer a revisão do meu carro e indico a todos.
Excellent service from the scheduling to the delivery of the vehicle. They transparently report all the problems that are detected, without being "condemning" parts that do not have to be replaced, they take all doubts and give the freedom to buy parts outside the workshop, and wait for the arrival of the same when it does not take too long. In my first time undergoing a review, I was answered cordially even without scheduling, and to make an adjustment that had not been requested in the budget (electric hand brake adjustment) which demonstrates the commitment of the company even after performing the combined service, the which is difficult nowadays, other checks also performed without scheduling and with good will to meet and detect the problem even if not being directly attached to the mechanical part (electrical part). So I always return to do the review of my car and I indicate the all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conheci a Hawks através de indicação de um profissional de uma auto eléctrica que levei meu carro. Meu Cruze estava com problema de partida, hora funcionava e hora não, já havia levado meu carro em duas outras mecânicas que chegaram a trocar peça que não fazia sentido e não resolveu...o carro continuava a nao dar partida de tempos em tempos.
Então, quando decidi levar na Hawks, fiquei com pé atrás, mas foi melhor decisão que tomei, em pouco tempo eles acharam um curto na bomba de combustível que nenhum dos outros dois mecânicos acharam, ele falou que era esse o problema, fez a correção e disse que não teria mais problema.. Fiquei com pé atrás, mas falei, bom blza! Pode arrumar...Depois que arrumaram, viajei pra vários lugares final de ano e janeiro, deixei carro parado tbm, e depois ligue, testei de todas a maneiras, e só alegria, carro ficou zero, nunca mais passei o perrengue que estava passando, zero bala!
Bom, após uns 2 meses quase da manutenção, voltei pra agradecer e deixar meu reconhecimento pelo serviço dos caras, eles são feras, fora que o atendimento e muito cordial, recomendo de olhos fechados e virei cliente.
I met Hawks through an indication of a professional from an electric car that I took my car. My Cruze had a problem starting, sometimes it worked and sometimes it didn't, I had already taken my car to two other mechanics who even replaced a part that didn't make sense and didn't solve it... the car still wouldn't start from time to time.
So, when I decided to take it to Hawks, I was hesitant, but it was the best decision I made, in a short time they found a short in the fuel pump that none of the other two mechanics found, he said that was the problem, he made the correction and said I wouldn't have a problem anymore.. I was hesitant, but I said, good blza! You can fix it... After they fixed it, I traveled to several places at the end of the year and January, I left the car stopped too, and then call, I tested it in every way, and only joy, the car was zero, I never had the trouble I was going through again , zero bullet!
Well, after almost 2 months of maintenance, I came back to thank you and leave my appreciation for the service of the guys, they are beasts, apart from that the service is very cordial, I recommend it with my eyes closed and I became a customer.
