★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive hoje na concessionária , eu gosto muito da marca , os carros excelentes de verdade . Acredito que a empresa ainda situada na Aviação no quesito de atendimento , pode melhorar um pouco mais , inclusive na parte das vendas , fui trocar o meu HB20 por um Creta por duas vezes , não fui atendido , de forma que fiquei satisfeito .
Eu até desisti de comprar o Creta na época ...
Mesmo assim , continuo gostando muito da marca
I was at the dealership today , I really like the brand , the really excellent cars . I believe that the company still located in Aviation in terms of service, can improve a little more, including in terms of sales, I went to change my HB20 for a Creta twice, I was not served, so I was satisfied.
I even gave up on buying Crete at the time...
Even so, I still like the brand a lot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje estive na loja e perguntei para um vendedor se tinha algum carro Veloster para vender. Ele me olhou de cima em baixo (eu estava humildemente trajada) e de pronto respondeu que era um carro difícil de achar e me virou as costas me deixando sozinha no salão. Quando eu estava saindo, comentei com um senhor que estava entrando na loja meu constrangimento e chegando no meu veículo, outra vendedora veio me questionar. Expliquei pra ela e o " preconceituoso" deixou de ganhar a venda de um carro zero, pois vendi meu apto e vou trocar de carro! Essa concessionária " me julgou pelas minhas roupas" ...descaso, preconceito com o Consumidor !!!
Today I was at the store and asked a salesman if he had any Veloster cars for sale. He looked me up and down (I was humbly dressed) and immediately replied that it was a difficult car to find and turned his back on me leaving me alone in the salon. When I was leaving, I mentioned to a gentleman who was entering the store my embarrassment and arriving at my vehicle, another saleswoman came to question me. I explained to her and the "prejudiced" stopped winning the sale of a zero car, because I sold my fit and I'm going to change cars! This dealership "judged me by my clothes"... neglect, prejudice towards the Consumer!!!
