Ainda mais no mundo de hoje, com tanta correria em geral.
Nós deixa um tanto insatisfeito.
Nossa mente comportamento não trabalha junto com o tempo e o relógio.... Estamos sempre vivendo fora do Agora. ...aí tudo parece fora do eixo ... etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um lixo passava anteriormente com pediatra mas desistir além da decepção com o profissional o hospital é Desorganizado não tem fraldario onde um hospital que atende bebes não tem fraldario!!!!! Os atendente são despreparo dos o sistema e desatualizado fui fazer uma consulta com meu filhoque seria hora marcada as 8.40h o médico atrasou e por conta disso não poderia mais cumprir os horários da agenda! Qual seria o correto? Atender então por ordem de chegada o meu horário seria as 8.40h e todas as pessoas que chegaram atrasadas depois de mim foram atendidas antes porque haviam marcado primeiro! Fui ser atendida as 11.20h e sem contar que eu com bb de colo também não tive prioridade ! Isso é uma vergonha o São Geraldo que era tão bom fechou mas esse lixo continua aberto
A garbage was previously passed by a pediatrician but giving up beyond the disappointment with the professional the hospital is disorganized has no baby changing room where a hospital that serves babies has no baby changing pad !!!!! The attendants are unprepared for the system and out of date I went to make an appointment with my son who would be scheduled at 8.40 am the doctor was late and because of that I could no longer comply with the schedule! Which would be correct? Answering on a first-come, first-served basis would be 8.40 am and all people who arrived late after me were seen before because they had booked first! I went to be attended at 11.20h and not to mention that I with a bb in my lap also had no priority! This is a shame São Geraldo was so good it closed but this garbage is still open

Parabéns ao Dr. Rodolfo e a toda equipe do centro cirúrgico pelo cuidado, profissionalismo e comprometimento com a vida.
Gostaria de deixar também minha gratidão a toda equipe de Enfermagem, em especial aos colaboradores Caleb, Andressa, Diana, Aline e todos os outros que não consegui gravar o nome.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei minha mãe pra uma consulta, achei um absurdo uma pessoa com mais de 70 anos ter que subir até o quarto andar pela rampa pois falaram que o elevador não podia, isso que a pessoa está pagando.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiquei 45 minutos na linha, sem atendimento ouvindo a "música da paciência". Desliguei, liguei novamente e a mensagem gravada dizia: serviço indisponível. Liguei novamente e a mensagem dizia: todas as nosss posições de atendimento estão ocupadas. Desisti após 1h10 de tentativas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minhas últimas experiências foram lastimáveis. Tinha consulta agenda para às 14h30. Informei a especialidade e pediram para aguardar. Esperei por 1 hora para que chamasse para fazer a ficha e não chamaram. Tive que informar que eu estava aguardando durante todo o tempo e se teria acontecido alguma coisa. Simplesmente o atendente ESQUECEU de chamar. Fiz em outro dia coleta para exames ambulatoriais e data prevista para estar disponível seria dia 18/01. Porém, até o presente momento, o resultado consta em análise. Mandei mensagem pelo WhatsApp pela manhã e não responderam.
My last experiences were pitiful. I had an appointment scheduled for 2:30 pm. I informed the specialty and they asked to wait. I waited for 1 hour for them to call to make the record and they didn't call. I had to report that I had been waiting the entire time and if anything had happened. Simply the attendant FORGOT to call. I made the collection on another day for outpatient exams and the expected date to be available would be the 18/01. However, to date, the result is under analysis. I sent a WhatsApp message in the morning and they did not respond.
