★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostaria de agradecer a toda equipe minha experiência como paciente foi ótima,desde do atendimento ao internamento,a equipe da enfermagem aos médicos faz a gente se sentir segura,com vários protocolo de atendimento ao cliente para ser mais seguro,super indico , realizei minha cirurgia no dia 09/03/2022,estou muito grata a todos , obrigado.
I would like to thank the whole team, my experience as a patient was great, from the care to the hospitalization, the nursing team to the doctors makes us feel safe, with several customer service protocols to be safer, I highly recommend, I performed my surgery on 03/09/2022, I'm very grateful to everyone, thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Profissionais maravilhosos. Atenciosos, prestativos e altamente capacitados. Eu fiquei encantado com a estrutura do hospital e do Centro Cirúrgico. Foi no Hospital Andro que encontrei o melhor atendimento médico que já tive na vida, quando você vê o médico tratar do paciente e não da doença. O dr. Thiago Nova foi uma maestria na anamnese e em todo o processo cirúrgico e pós-cirúrgico, realmente encontrei um serviço totalmente humanizado. PARABÉNS, família ANDRO. Espero não necessitar dos serviço, mas caso tenha necessidade, certeza que esse hospital será o primeiro que buscarei.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para me foi uma frustação tentar um atendimento pelo telefone, passei 15 minutos e 20 segundos pendurada no telefone para ver se atendiam, e não atenderam, resolvi ligar novamente com opção marcar consulta, se passaram mais 10 minutos e ninguém para atender... achei uma tremenda falta de respeito, um hospital tão grande e que diz ter um atendimento de excelência, nas suas propagandas; pecar no primeiro momento de qualquer situação ( atendimento telefônico, marcação )...
Se não tem quem atenda telefone, não divulguem números de telefone , porque a finalidade deles não estão sendo cumpridas.
TELEFONE não tem quem atenda, mas percebi que todos os comentários tem respostas, uma pessoa por trás das reclamações aqui na web tem, para responder que é muito importante a avaliação e que vai passar para ouvidoria. Com o tanto de reclamação já deveriam ter mudado, mas esse problema é bem antigo e parece que estão bem longe de resolver. :(
It was a frustration for me to try to get an appointment over the phone, I spent 15 minutes and 20 seconds hanging on the phone to see if they answered, and they didn't answer, I decided to call again with the option to make an appointment, another 10 minutes passed and no one to answer... a tremendous lack of respect, a hospital that is so big and that claims to have excellent service, in its advertisements; sin at the first moment of any situation (telephone service, appointment)...
If you don't have anyone answering the phone, don't disclose phone numbers, because their purpose is not being fulfilled.
TELEFONE doesn't have anyone who answers, but I noticed that all comments have answers, a person behind the complaints here on the web has, to answer that the evaluation is very important and that it will pass to the ombudsman. With so many complaints they should have already changed, but this problem is very old and it seems that they are far from being resolved. :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Olá!!! Hospital ANDRO, realmente é um hospital de referência. O meu pai é paciente de Dr.Walmick há mais de 30 anos, ele não aceita outro urologista. Fez cirurgia de próstata há 12 anos , é uma confiança incrível. Fez recentemente outra cururgia de postectomia está recuperando, tbm a minha mãe fez cirurgia dia 23/04, prolápso uterino com Dr.Milton e graças a Deus, a cirurgia foi um sucesso. Só temos que agradecer à todaqequipe da enfermagem, enfim todos que contribuíram com os serviços e a Dr. Milton a nossa Gratidão. Quero de coração agradecer a Lane, Naiara, Lorrany, Ingrid todas tiveram o .maior cuidado com dona Higina a minha mãe., toda equipe. Tbm não posso deixar de agradecer a Renata pq ela foi o meu suporte p mim dar força e falar sobre o internamento e procedimento. A minha mãe está super feliz com toda família. Obrigada!!! Gratidão!!! Hi!!! ANDRO Hospital is really a reference hospital. My father has been a patient of Dr.Walmick for over 30 years, he won't accept another urologist. Had prostate surgery 12 years ago, it's incredible confidence. He recently had another postectomy surgery and is recovering, my mother also had surgery on 04/23, uterine prolapse with Dr. Milton and thank God, the surgery was a success. We just have to thank the entire nursing team, in short, everyone who contributed to the services and Dr. Milton our Gratitude. I would like to sincerely thank Lane, Naiara, Lorrany, Ingrid, they all took great care of Dona Higina, my mother, the entire team. I can't help but thank Renata because she was my support to give me strength and talk about the hospitalization and procedure. My mother is super happy with the whole family. Thanks!!! Gratitude!!! Gratitude!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O que vi é que os atendentes são rápidos e bem treinados e se esforçam embora se deparem com tanta gente mal-educada que já chega na defensiva e reclamam da demora dos médicos como se isso dependesse dos funcionários. Todos sabem que médico chega quando quer e os funcionários têm que ficar se desculpando e justificando a demora. Mas, quando chegam no consultório se desdobram em rapa-pés diante do médico.Sem falar que já presenciei clientes/pacientes sendo grosseiros na recepção porque não querem seguir os protocolos de segurança. A clínica lotada e famílias inteiras entrando para acompanhar um paciente!!
What I've seen is that the attendants are fast and well-trained and make an effort even though they come across so many rude people who are already defensive and complain about the doctors' delay as if it depended on the employees. Everyone knows that the doctor arrives whenever he wants and the employees have to keep apologizing and justifying the delay. But, when they arrive at the office, they unfold in front of the doctor. Not to mention that I've seen clients/patients being rude at the reception because they don't want to follow the security protocols. The clinic was full and entire families coming in to accompany a patient!!
