 I want to commend the entire team that assisted my mother in cataract surgery on 1/20/22. Congratulations on the professionalism and kindness of the ophthalmologist and anesthesiologist Dr Gustavo Sakuno and Dr Celso Takashi Tutiya. We were extremely satisfied and recommend the clinic. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pacientes, impacientes se acumulam desde a recepção até todos os cantos da clínica. Faltam lugares para sentar, em um determinado vira um caos. O atraso no atendimento me parece ser frequente e o ponto alto do local. A equipe é atenciosa e tenta dentro do possível agir com normalidade. Meu atendimento atrasou 1h30.
Patients, impatient pile up from reception to every corner of the clinic. There are no places to sit, in a certain one it turns into chaos. The delay in service seems to me to be frequent and the highlight of the place. The staff is attentive and tries as much as possible to act with normality. My appointment was delayed by 1h30.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, se é que se pode dizer que há atendimento, paciente fica sendo jogado de um lado pro outro, fora o tempo de espera, se agendar alguma coisa neste lugar melhor separar o dia para ficar lá. Meu sogro passou por uma cirurgia que custou 22 mil reais (pagos antecipadamente por exigência claro) e depois que recebem acaba a pressa, pedem pra estar as 7 da manhã em jejum e a cirurgia começa meio dia (completa falta de respeito) infelizmente tem pouca concorrência senão já tinham fechado as portas
Bad service, if one can say that there is care, patient is being thrown from side to side, outside the waiting time, if you schedule something in this place better to separate the day to stay there. My father underwent surgery that cost 22,000 reais (prepaid by clear requirement) and then receiving ends hurry, ask to be 7 am fasting and surgery begins noon (complete lack of respect) unfortunately has little competition but had already closed the doors

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, fujam! Se você agendou um horário pra ser atendido, ignore qualquer possibilidade realmente acontecer como previsto. O local é um descaso com o tempo dos pacientes. Marcou as 10h? Será atendido às 12h com sorte. Ninguém informa nada. Atendentes só conversam e não adiantam os exames primários. Tudo, absolutamente tudo, atrasa. Se quiser não ae estressar, sugiro não visitar o lugar.
Terrible, run away! If you've scheduled an appointment to be seen, ignore any possibility that it actually goes as planned. The place is a disrespect to the patients' time. Did you schedule at 10 am? Will be attended at 12 pm with luck. Nobody reports anything. Attendants just talk and don't advance the primary exams. Everything, absolutely everything, is delayed. If you want not to stress, I suggest not visiting the place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Extremamente atrasado, perguntamos se demoraria muito, mas, ninguem informa o real motivo do atraso. Meu marido com Exames marcados para às 9h30, e até às 11h00 não haviam chamado. Fujam desta arapuca. As moças que fazem os exames conversando e andando de um lado para o outro de bracinho dado, parecia a 5a C. Lamentável.
Terrible attendance. Extremely late, we asked if it would take too long, but no one informs the real reason for the delay. My husband with Exams scheduled for 9:30 am, and until 11:00 they hadn't called. Run away from this trap. The girls who take the exams talking and walking around, arm in arm, it looked like the 5th C. Sad.

Já liguei inúmeras vezes, chamei no WhatsApp abriram inúmeros protocolos, onde eles iludem dizendo que irão me enviar. O caso do meu filho é muito delicado e grave, mas eles desprezam meu apelo, pedindo apenas o que é meu por direito. Vi nas últimas semanas que as reclamações no Reclame Aqui são pelos mesmos motivos que o meu. Fico frustrada, pois com saúde não se brinca. Agendei um horário na CREMESP, quem sabe assim serei ouvida. O fod@ é que a consulta é mega difícil de agendar e amanhã, pela terceira vez irei a consulta sem o exame, pela incompetênci@ dessa clínica de merd@.
I took a private exam in October 2021, where the images were never made available. I've called numerous times, called on WhatsApp, they opened numerous protocols, where they deceive saying they will send me. My son's case is very delicate and serious, but they despise my appeal, asking only for what is rightfully mine. I have seen in the last few weeks that complaints on Reclame Aqui are for the same reasons as mine. I get frustrated, because you can't play with health. I scheduled an appointment at CREMESP, who knows how I'll be heard. The fod@ is that the appointment is mega difficult to schedule and tomorrow, for the third time, I will go to the appointment without the exam, due to the incompetence@ of this shit clinic.

O agendamento do whatsapp é o mesmo que nada. Você chega, pega uma senha, senta e espera.
Não passam informações básicas na hora do agendamento. Primeiro me disseram que o acompanhante era recomendado( recomendado não é igual obrigatório) cheguei lá sozinho não me deixaram fazer o exame.
Com exceção do rapaz que me atendeu, não vi uma pessoa daquela recepção com vontade de atender um cliente. Junto comigo chegou um oficial de justiça com uma intimação para a clínica, e deixaram ele plantado esperando na porta.
Não tive a oportunidade de conhecer os outros profissionais, mas pelo péssimo atendimento que tive na linha de frente, avalio essa clínica como péssima, não recomendada. Uma estrela ainda é muito. Me ausentei do serviço pra perder tempo!

Whatsapp scheduling is the same as nothing. You arrive, get a password, sit and wait.
Basic information is not provided at the time of booking. First they told me that the companion was recommended (recommended is not the same as mandatory) I got there alone and they didn't let me take the exam.
With the exception of the guy who served me, I didn't see a person from that reception willing to serve a customer. Along with me came a bailiff with a subpoena for the clinic, and they left him standing at the door.
I didn't have the opportunity to meet the other professionals, but due to the poor service I had on the front line, I rate this clinic as terrible, not recommended. One star is still a lot. I left the service to waste time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo! Estive hoje pela primeira vez pra nunca mais. Agendei horário de consulta para as 16:40. Cheguei no local às 16:30 e peguei a senha 16:35. Minha senha era a próxima e mesmo assim depois de 30 minutos de espera eu ainda não havia sido chamada. Fui conversar com o recepcionista (um rapaz de óculos q atende no 11º andar) e ele foi extremamente arrogante e me disse que eu deveria ter chegado com 30 minutos de antecedência, sendo que em momento algum me foi informado isso durante o agendamento. Uma senhora com o horário marcado para as 17 horas já estava esperando ser atendida pela médica, ou seja, de nada adianta agendar horário pois é por ordem de chegada! Além disso quem realiza os exames de fundo do olho etc não é a médica. Só fiquei sabendo disso lá ao conversar com uma paciente.
No fim das contas preferi nem ficar e fui embora às 17:15 sem ser atendida pois percebi que ia ficar horas sentada esperando o atendimento.
Terrible! I was there today for the first time and never again. I scheduled an appointment for 4:40 pm. I arrived at the place at 16:30 and got the password at 16:35. My password was next and even then after 30 minutes of waiting I still hadn't been called. I went to talk to the receptionist (a guy with glasses who works on the 11th floor) and he was extremely arrogant and told me that I should have arrived 30 minutes in advance, and at no time was I informed of this during the appointment. A lady with an appointment for 5 pm was already waiting to be seen by the doctor, that is, there is no point in scheduling an appointment because it is on a first-come, first-served basis! In addition, who performs the eye fundus exams etc is not the doctor. I only found out about it there when talking to a patient.
In the end, I preferred not to stay and left at 5:15 pm without being attended to because I realized that I would be sitting for hours waiting for the service.
