★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Este lugar serve apenas para coleta do equipamento para enviar ao laboratório em minas gerais para analisa e orçamento do serviço, caso você não aceite o serviço, terá que pagar o frete de volta do equipamento. Não fui informado na hora de assinar os documentos autorizando a analise para fazer o orçamento.
E na devolução do equipamento deixado com a caixa original e os cabos, apenas foi devolvido o HD.
This place only serves to collect the equipment to send to the laboratory in minas gerais for analysis and budget of the service, if you do not accept the service, you will have to pay the freight back on the equipment. I was not informed when signing the documents authorizing the analysis to make the budget.
And when returning the equipment left with the original box and cables, only the HD was returned.

Eu estou escrevendo aqui para alertar as pessoas com possível golpe.
Deixei meu HD externo para reparação e orçamento e me passaram um orçamento desorbitante(1800 reais), inventaram um monte de problemas para justificar o roubo. Eu rejeitei o orçamento e imediatamente me ofereceram a possibilidade de um desconto de até 40% mais um HD externo de brinde, porém mesmo assim o preço continuou absurdo. Rejeitei e levei a uma assistência técnica em um quiosque no shopping, o cara em 10 minutos identificou o problema que era apenas o conector do case do HD externo, estando o HD em si intacto. Fim da história, com 90 reais resolvi o problema.
A única coisa positiva é que prontamente pude pegar meu HD no dia seguinte na loja sem qualquer prejuízo ou impedimento.

I left my external hard drive for repair and budget and they gave me a huge budget (1800 reais), they invented a lot of problems to justify the theft. I rejected the budget and immediately offered me the possibility of a discount of up to 40% plus a free external HD, however the price remained absurd. I rejected it and took a technical assistance at a kiosk in the mall, the guy in 10 minutes identified the problem that was just the case connector of the external HD, with the HD itself intact. End of story, with 90 reais I solved the problem.
The only positive thing is that I was able to quickly get my HD the next day from the store without any damage or impediment.

Certo dia ele resolveu parar (problema no HD) Procurei várias assistências em minha cidade e nenhuma conseguiu resolver. Achei a HD Doctor na net e graças a Deus que encontrei! Enviei meu HD, me passaram o orçamento e conseguiram recuperar TODAS as minhas fotos e tudo o que tinha no HD. Não senti falta de nada!
Quanto ao valor, de fato é caro mesmo. Mas pode parcelar em até 10x sem juros!

I photograph my family a lot and like most of us, I save everything on the computer (over 15 years of photography). One day he decided to stop (problem in HD) I looked for several assistance in my city and none managed to solve it. I found HD Doctor on the net and thank God I found it! I sent my HD, they gave me the budget and managed to recover ALL my photos and everything I had on the HD. I didn't miss anything!
As for the value, it is indeed expensive. But you can install up to 10x interest-free!
(the 4 stars is just for the price, if it weren't for that it would be 5)
