★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entrei em contato com a empresa às 16:30, pelo whatsapp. O sr Renan Moisés me ligou, quando questionado sobre o horário de funcionamento informou que o atendimento é feito até às 18:00.
Pois bem, me arrumei e fui lá, 20 km de distância.
Chegando ao local 17:40 fui informado pela atendente que o atendimento é feito até as 17:30.
Liguei para o Renan, que disse tentaria resolver.
Nada foi feito, não recebi ligação de volta.
Hoje o Renan me manda uma mensagem dizendo que é para ir lá novamente. Simples assim.
Descaso total com o cliente, melhorem.
I contacted the company at 16:30, by whatsapp. Mr. Renan Moisés called me, when asked about the opening hours he informed that the service is done until 18:00.
Well, I got ready and went there, 20 km away.
Arriving at the place 17:40 I was informed by the attendant that the service is done until 17:30.
I called Renan, who said he would try to solve it.
Nothing was done, I didn't get a call back.
Today Renan sends me a message saying that he is to go there again. That simple.
Total neglect with the customer, get better.
