 Perfect service! My brother needed to undergo surgery, only praise since the consultation with Dr. Jean Nour until admission. I would like to thank and congratulate Dr. Nour, as well as the entire hospital staff.

Não deveria ser algo de se admirar o bom atendimento em hospital, mas infelizmente não é a prática que encontramos na maioria dos hospitais.
I would like to congratulate, for the cordiality of the reception, nurses in the emergency.
It shouldn't be something to be admired about good hospital care, but unfortunately it's not the practice we find in most hospitals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O hospital só dispõe de 1 médico na emergência e esse mesmo médico ainda sai da sala pra fazer visita aos pacientes internados. Levando as pessoas a esperarem horas mesmo o hospital estando vago. A demora pra atender os pacientes é sem explicação. Se tivesse mais um médico ou médica atendendo melhoraria.
The hospital only has 1 doctor in the emergency room and that same doctor still leaves the room to visit hospitalized patients. Making people wait hours even though the hospital is vacant. The delay in seeing patients is unexplainable. If there was one more doctor attending, it would improve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento da recepção é otimo e rápido, porém ja é a 2 vez q venho e o medico plantonista fica fazendo hora para chamar os pacientes, tinha 3 pessoas na minha frente mas aguardamos mais de uma hora para ser atendido.
The reception service is great and fast, but it's already the 2nd time I've come and the doctor on duty is making time to call the patients, there were 3 people in front of me but we waited more than an hour to be seen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Antendimento da Recepção e bem rápido, mas partiu pra atendimento com a médica e coleta de exames e péssimo, a moça que está hj fazendo a coleta faz muita hora,deixa o paciente não sei quanto tempo esperando e ainda e abusada.
Não gostei desse hospital resultado de um exame sair no final do dia é e pq e convênio.
Reception care is very fast, but left for medical care and exam collection is terrible, the girl who is doing the collection today for a long time, leaves the patient waiting for I don't know how long and is still abused.
I didn't like this hospital, the result of an exam leaving at the end of the day is and because and insurance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento da recepção até a triagem é bom, porém já é a 3 vez que venho ao hospital e o médico nunca se encontra em sua sala demorando em média 30 minutos até que apareça para realizar o atendimento. A direção deveria conversar com os médicos sobre tal comportamento.
The service from reception to triage is good, but it's been the 3rd time I've been to the hospital and the doctor is never in his room, taking an average of 30 minutes until he appears to perform the service. Management should talk to doctors about such behavior.

Estão sempre dispostos pra solucionar os problemas e sem demora alguma. Se tem um lugar que eu amo ser atendida, é nesse hospital. Se pudesse dar 10 estrelas, eu daria.
I have always been very well received, the service is excellent, the professionals are super attentive and highly committed. They are always ready to solve problems and without any delay. If there's one place I love being treated, it's in this hospital. If I could give 10 stars, I would.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom hospital, bem equipado as pessoas da enfermagem se garantes. Mas há os seus poréns. 1 - As pessoas da recepção não são tão receptivas. 2 - Minha avó teve que fazer uma cirurgia e eles pediram pra família comprar dois medicamentos específicos (um intramuscular e um intravenoso). O hospital alegou que o mesmo não tinha esse medicamento como padrão, eu fiquei abismada. Deveriam investir e rever essas duas questões.
Good hospital, well equipped nursing people are guaranteed. But there are its drawbacks. 1 - The people at the reception are not so receptive. 2 - My grandmother had to have surgery and they asked the family to buy two specific medications (one intramuscular and one intravenous). The hospital claimed that it did not have this medication as a standard, I was amazed. They should invest and review these two issues.
