Liguei antes para saber se trocavam a tela da TV, me informaram que sim, que eu poderia levar a TV até lá que ele tentaria achar alguma paralela pq a original seria muito caro. Peguei uma TV de 55' e levei até a loja. Super difícil de carregar. Chegando lá outra pessoa atendeu e disse que custava 4500 a tela original e não tinha paralela. Ou seja, fui feita de boba. Só perdi tempo e passei raiva. E a atendente foi super grossa dizendo que ninguém passou essa informação por telefone. Ou seja, ainda passei por mentirosa. Péssimo. Cada um passa uma informação e não assumem que erraram.
Terrible attendance. I called before to find out if they changed the TV screen, they told me that yes, that I could take the TV there and he would try to find a parallel one because the original would be very expensive. I took a 55' TV and took it to the store. Super hard to load. Arriving there, another person answered and said that the original screen cost 4500 and there was no parallel. In other words, I was made a fool. I just wasted time and got angry. And the attendant was super rude saying that no one gave this information over the phone. I mean, I was still a liar. Terrible. Each one passes information and does not assume that they were wrong.

A Assistência técnica é eficiente e rápida, já levei uma TV lá que pensei estar com problema, eles fizeram um ajuste e não me cobraram NADA, são muito honestos.
Sempre fui muito bem atendida, em especial pela Nubia que é um amor.
Recomendo de olhos fechados pra todo mundo, quem dera todas as assistências fossem assim, meus parabéns para a empresa.
I've been a HDTV customer for years, I've taken several sets to concerts (TV set, JBL speaker, Air Fryer...)
The technical assistance is efficient and fast, I have already taken a TV there that I thought had a problem, they made an adjustment and did not charge me ANYTHING, they are very honest.
I have always been very well attended, especially by Nubia, who is a sweetheart.
I recommend with my eyes closed to everyone, I wish all the assistance was like this, my congratulations to the company.
