No local onde funciona o centro também estão vários outros setores e departamentos dos cursos da área da saúde, tais como: farmácia, fonoaudiologia, medicina, além de vários laboratórios, que atendem a comunidade e prestam serviços para o Hospital Onofre Lopes e a Maternidade Januário Cicco.
No mesmo conglomerado de prédios funciona o restaurante universitário (RU).
