Minha mãe tem 85 anos e atendente, queria considerar o horário de chegada, não respeitando o Estatuto do Idoso.
O agravante dessa situação é que ela tinha horário marcado para às 09:30 e chegou, às 09:10. Além disso, todos os pacientes que estavam aguardando eram bem mais novos que ela.
Não recomendo essa clínica a ninguém.
Terrible attendance.
My mother is 85 years old and attendant, she wanted to consider the arrival time, not respecting the Elderly Statute.
The aggravating factor in this situation is that she had an appointment for 9:30 am and arrived at 9:10 am. Besides, all the patients who were waiting were much younger than her.
I don't recommend this clinic to anyone.
