★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima, clínica horrível, para conseguir marcar uma ressonância é quase um parto, não te retornam, o paciente liga 10 vezes e ainda não consegui uma resposta, não sabem, não encontrando pedido médico, isso tudo depois de passar mais de 30 minutos na ligação... Tá repreendido, clínica ruim do inferno. Queria dar 0 estrelas , mas não consegui
 Terrible, horrible clinic, to get an MRI is almost like a childbirth, they don't return you, the patient calls 10 times and I still haven't got an answer, they don't know, not finding a medical order, all this after spending more than 30 minutes on the call ... You're scolded, bad clinic from hell. I wanted to give 0 stars but I couldn't

Já tive dois problemas no lugar:
1 - horário de entrega de exame, que era até as 17:30h e ao chegar às 17:10h o local já estava fechado sem nenhum aviso prévio.
2 - indo para o ultrassom de minha esposa grávida de gêmeas fui barrado por um vigilante pois não poderiam ter mais de uma pessoa no lugar do exame, fato controverso pois existiam diversos casais no local.
Resumindo, não recomendo a empresa.
Lousy service!
I already had two problems in place:
1 - exam delivery time, which was until 17: 30h and when arriving at 17: 10h the place was already closed without any notice.
2 - going to the ultrasound of my pregnant wife with twins, I was stopped by a security guard because they could not have more than one person in the place of the exam, a controversial fact because there were several couples in the place.
In short, I do not recommend the company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marcaram meu exame as 21:40, seria a terceira tomografia que faço lá e por não está com a requisição não pude fazer. Mesmo explicando que seria de rotina, a atendente se negou a liberar o exame.
They scheduled my exam at 9:40 pm, it would be the third tomography I do there and because I don't have the request, I couldn't do it. Even explaining that it would be routine, the attendant refused to release the exam.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima clínica no que se refere ao atendimento. Para marcar um exame é uma luta, especialmente quando se fala de ressonância magnética. Depois que você manda o pedido médico, é praticamente impossível acompanhar a sua aprovação e a marcação do exame. Eles não dão retorno, as linhas telefônicas estão sempre ocupadas, transferem ligações para setores que não atendem, a ligação cai, você tem que recomeçar. Quando o plano de saúde aprova o pedido, esquecem de marcar o exame, esquecem de informar que o exame foi marcado, remarcam seu exame em cima da hora. Um absurdo. Um descaso com o paciente. Ainda tem coragem de dizer que é bem avaliada em vários critérios, inclusive no atendimento ao cliente. Para eles o "tempo não passa, evolui". Sim, evolui tanto que eles não dão conta de receber, acompanhar e agendar os pedidos de exames. Uma vergonha!
Bad clinic when it comes to care. Scheduling an exam is a struggle, especially when talking about MRI. Once you send the medical order, it is practically impossible to track your approval and the appointment for the exam. They do not return, the phone lines are always busy, they transfer calls to sectors that do not answer, the call goes down, you have to start over. When the health plan approves the request, they forget to schedule the exam, forget to inform that the exam was scheduled, reschedule their exam at the last minute. It was absurd. A neglect with the patient. She still has the courage to say that she is well evaluated on several criteria, including customer service. For them, "time doesn't pass, it evolves". Yes, it evolves so much that they are unable to receive, monitor and schedule exam requests. A shame!

Too bad. Long delay in service. Terrible. I don't recommend it unless you go with a mattress so you can lie down and sleep.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clínica é surreal! Atendimento perfeito por telefone, organizada, profissionais muito bem educados. Minha esposa fez RESSONÂNCIA com CONTRASTE pelo SUS! foi atendida bem rápido tempo de espera até o exame foi cerca de (20 minutos). Só não vi estacionamento lá, por isso usei o do estádio.
Clinic is surreal! Perfect telephone service, organized, very well educated professionals. My wife had CONTRAST RESONANCE by SUS! was attended very quickly, waiting time until the exam was about (20 minutes). I just didn't see parking there, so I used the one in the stadium.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tinha 2 ressonâncias pra fazer, os exames eram as 15hr num domingo e me pediram pra adiantar pras 11hr. Cheguei as 10h40 e as 12h30 ainda não havia sido atendido. Fui embora sem fazer os exames e pretendo denunciar pra Unimed sobre o ocorrido.
I had 2 MRIs to do, the exams were at 3 pm on a Sunday and I was asked to move forward to 11 am. I arrived at 10:40 am and at 12:30 pm still had not been answered. I left without taking the exams and I intend to report to Unimed about what happened.
