For the price there are better alternatives.
*The dish which said that had big shrimps, had only 4 medium shrimps. A rip-off.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ "Okay" at best. The chef was on MasterChef Brasil, so in some respects, you're paying for hype when you go here. The result is a mid-range restaurant masquerading as high end. It's new and the chef is ambitious, so I feel confident that they'll get there. But during our experience, a few critical things went wrong:
The service was embarrassingly poor. It's typical for service to be sub-par in Rio, but this was poor even for local standards, and especially for a high end restaurant. We had to ask for an extra plate 3 times (from 3 different waiters). The second time we asked, the waiter walked away as we were talking. When one of the meals came out wrong, the waiter straight up disagreed with us. To his credit, he later apologized. Too late.
The food was very nicely presented, but dull in all other aspects. Great for an Instagram post, less inspiring for a mouth.
The atmosphere is pretty fantastic, the wine list is nice and the chef is very present and involved. I want her to succeed. But these are currently the only redeeming qualities of this restaurant.
R$500 later, I will not be returning. I expect more for that, as most would.
