★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em meios a tantos comentários e elogios , acho estranho pois eu estou tentando falar com um corretor sobre imóvel que ele é responsável , mas o mesmo não me dá um retorno , já liguei duas x e a resposta que esculto é que não pode atender estranho tantos comentários de elogios sendo que a recíproca não é a mesma .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência, fui cliente por alguns anos e no momento da minha saída a imobiliária simplesmente me tratou como um lixo, os funcionários trabalham como se odiassem o que fazem, e não tem um bom atendimento. Eu não indico para ninguém essa imobiliária e espero nunca mais ter contato com eles.
Bad experience, I was a client for a few years and when I left the real estate agency just treated me like garbage, the employees work as if they hate what they do, and they don't have a good service. I don't recommend this real estate agency to anyone and I hope I'll never have contact with them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trabalhamos a anos com eles administrando nosso imóvel. Por ocasião da vacância do mesmo, foram muito profissionais e acompanharam por dois meses a resolução de pendências. Administrar quando tudo vai bem é uma história. Quando as coisas saem do normal é que vc sente o suporte.
We have worked with them for years managing our property. When it became vacant, they were very professional and monitored the resolution of disputes for two months. Managing when all goes well is a story. It's when things get out of the ordinary that you feel the support.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheguei do Rio totalmente perdido e com uma urgência porque tinha que internar minha mãe aqui,me recomendaram ligar para lá. Eu fui no mesmo dia expliquei minha situação em dois dias o corretor já achou um apartamento para mim perto da hemodiálise que minha mãe faria por quê no Rio de janeiro era ruim demais. Além disso na virada de 2020 para 2021 quando os aluguéis quase chegaram a 30% de aumento, eu liguei para a pessoa responsável que foi a mesma que me alugou com o nome dele Lina, e no dia seguinte ela já tava me retornando dizendo que o proprietário tinha concordado em cobrar só 5% de aumento.
São poucas pessoas o ambiente é caseiro mas a competência é maior do que muita empresa com nome... Basta você chegar em São Paulo sabendo que tem três dias para colocar sua mãe hemodiálise e depois em um lugar para para dormir.

I went on the same day I explained my situation in two days the realtor already found me an apartment close to the hemodialysis that my mother would do because in Rio de Janeiro it was too bad. Also at the turn of 2020 to 2021 when rents almost reached a 30% increase, I called the person in charge who was the same person who rented me under his name Lina, and the next day she was already getting back to me saying that the owner had agreed to only charge a 5% increase.
There are few people, the atmosphere is homely, but the competence is greater than many companies with a name... You only need to arrive in São Paulo knowing that you have three days to put your mother on hemodialysis and then somewhere to sleep.
