★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima imobiliária! Não respondem as solicitações, ninguém sabe de nada e só a Maria Amélia que pode resolver as coisas, mas o problema é que ela nunca responde. Não recomendo que ninguém coloque seu imóvel pra alugar ou vender com eles e muito menos que alugue ou compre algo deles. São extremamente incompetentes e não sabem o que estão fazendo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo trabalho. Meus amigos tiveram uma super dor de cabeça com essa empresa. Pareceu-me oportunismo em não cumprirem com o foi combinado. Presenciei o que meus amigos passaram e não recomendo de forma alguma essa imobiliária.

OPORTUNISTAS.
Meu filho tá tentando resolver uma entrega de uma casa, eles perceberam a inexperiência dele e estão aproveitando pra arrancar dinheiro e cobrar mais e mais locação.
Empresários assim deviam falir, pra dar oportunidade pra quem sabe trabalhar de forma honesta.
Todos são péssimos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Transparência zero. Tivemos inúmeros problemas com essa empresa. Além de não prestarem conta dos valores cobrados, quando há algum problemas, não atendem e não respondem a e-mails. Na vistoria, inventam problemas sem o mínimo sentido e agem com falta de honestidade. Se não quiser ter dor de cabeça, não recomendo nunca!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu namorado alugou um apartamento com essa imobiliária na região da Saúde. Desde o primeiro mês começaram as dores de cabeça. Nunca respondem ligação/e-mail/msgs. Fogem para resolver os problemas. Quando ele entregou o apartamento, demorou meses para que o dinheiro do caução fosse devolvido. Muita falta de respeito.
My boyfriend rented an apartment with this real estate company in the Health region. Headaches started from the first month. They never answer calls / emails / messages. They run away to solve problems. When he delivered the apartment, it took months for the deposit money to be returned. Much lack of respect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Difícil qualificar o quão ruim é essa empresa. Conseguiram me fazer sair de um aluguel onde eu me dava bem com os proprietários. Fizemos um acordo e a imobiliária se recusava a formalizar, depois voltaram atrás descumprindo o combinado sem consentimento dos proprietários. Não respondem e-mail nem retornam ligações, são mal educados e desrespeitosos. Chegaram a me xingar com gritarias da outra sala quando fui assinar a rescisão, baixíssimo nível. Quem atende são os donos, pai e filhos. Se recusaram a liberar meu caução com a Porto e só liberaram no final do prazo quando disse que entraria na justiça caso não liberassem, pois as chaves já estavam entregues e a casa em boas condições e sem dívidas. Na vistoria, ele entortou uma das chaves e colocou a culpa em nós na cara de pau. Só tratam bem no dia de assinar o contrato, depois é de mal a pior.
Edit respondendo: os proprietários não se recusaram a assinar, conversei com eles várias vezes e nunca houve qualquer problema com eles, ficaram do meu lado. Sobre os documentos, retirei todas as contas do meu nome e entreguei tudo o que era de minha obrigação. Tanto que no final tiveram que liberar para não ir à justiça. A imob falta com a verdade e as demais avaliações provam a forma com que agem. Não recomendo.

We made an agreement and the real estate company refused to formalize it, then they went back and broke the deal without the owners' consent. They don't answer emails or return calls, they are rude and disrespectful. They even yelled at me from the other room when I went to sign the termination, very low level. Who attends are the owners, father and children. They refused to release my deposit with Porto and only released it at the end of the term when I said I would go to court if they didn't release it, because the keys were already delivered and the house in good condition and without debts. At the inspection, he bent one of the keys and blamed us in the face. They only treat you well on the day you sign the contract, then it goes from bad to worse.
Edit replying: the owners didn't refuse to sign, I talked to them several times and there was never any problem with them, they stayed by my side. Regarding the documents, I removed all the accounts in my name and delivered everything that was my obligation. So much so that in the end they had to be released so as not to go to court. Imob lacks the truth and the other assessments prove the way they act. I do not recommend.
