Infelizmente como falaram e eu havia lido nos comentários, parece não darem importância para possíveis clientes e tão pouco a propaganda de boca a boca. Desejo sorte aos proprietários e que os comentários sirvam de parâmetro para melhora do atendimento.
I went to the site to request information and parts budget. I am still waiting for the return. Unfortunately, as they said and I had read it in the comments, it does not seem to give importance to potential customers and neither does word of mouth. I wish the owners luck and that the comments serve as a parameter to improve the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A limpeza é excelente, mas se não ficar esperto eles somem com partes do carrinho ou bebê conforto e falam que a pessoa não deixou. E insistem em dizer que não tinha. Me obrigaram a comprar uma parte do bebê conforto que eles mesmos sumiram. Pena não ter conferido na entrega e tirado foto de tudo. Fiquem espertos com essa enganação.
The cleanliness is great, but if you don't get smart they add up with stroller parts or baby comfort and say the person hasn't left. And they insist that they didn't have one. They made me buy a piece of the comfort baby that they themselves disappeared. Too bad I did not check on delivery and took a picture of everything. Get smart with this deception.

A questao é que vc demorou duas semanas pra fazer o pedido da peça, liguei na galzerano, e me falaram que vc não tinha feito pedido da peça ainda, sim, vc fez pedido depois de muito tempo que meu carrinho já estava aí, descaso
