★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui ate a loja e são lindas as roupas, principalmente os de festa. O atendimento não tenho nada a declarar, a vendedora me mostrou o q eu procura, um vestido de festa p minha filha.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive na loja no dia 17 de dezembro,comprei um macacão para uma boneca q eu daria no natal, a vendedora disse q eu poderia trocar se não service!! Pode ate ser que tenha me dito q o prazo era 15 dias pra troca, mas isso deveria estar escrito na etiqueta,assim eu saberia,ja q o normal sao 30 dias na maioria das lojas.
Eu viajei natal,a loja fechou 3 dias voltei na segunda a tarde após ano novo e fui na loja pra trocar.
Exatamente 19 dias corridos e 12 dias úteis, ja q teve os feriados e dias de loja fechado por causa do natal e ano novo.
A vendedora simplesmente não aceitou a troca, a peça esta com etiqueta e em perfeito estado,mesmo dizendo q eu tinha a nota fiscal . A vendedora alegou q tem ordens da dona para não trocar após 15 dias e que ela é assim mesmo nem adianta falar com ela, não troca e pronto.
Uma má vontade em tentar resolver a questão q obviamente não tem nexo, ja q teve os feriados e dias q não abriram... como pode contar os dias corridos e nao dias úteis, e outra uma questão de consenso!!
nao recomendo a loja,vou no Procon e pra quem eu puder nao recomendar, assim o farei.
I was at the store on December 17th, I bought a jumpsuit for a doll that I would give for Christmas, the saleswoman said I could change it if it wasn’t service !! It may even be that you told me that the deadline was 15 days to exchange, but that should be written on the label, so I would know, since the normal is 30 days in most stores.
I traveled for Christmas, the store closed 3 days, I came back on Monday afternoon after the new year and went to the store to change.
Exactly 19 calendar days and 12 business days, since the holidays and store days were closed because of Christmas and New Year.
The seller simply did not accept the exchange, the piece is labeled and in perfect condition, even saying that I had the invoice. The seller claimed that she has orders from the owner not to change after 15 days and that she is like that, nor is there any use talking to her, she doesn't change and that's it.
An unwillingness to try to resolve the issue q obviously has no connection, since there were holidays and days that didn’t open ... how can you count the calendar days and not working days, and another issue of consensus !!
I do not recommend the store, I go to Procon and to anyone I can not recommend, I will do so.
