★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz o reteste do cilindro e uma pré inspeção. O mecânico que retirou o cilindro foi grosso mal educado e nem um pouco profissional passo orçamento errado do serviço. A moça que fica responsável pela parte administrativa foi educada e prestativa.o mecânico que fez a pré inspeção não olho nem metade dos itens da inspeção deixando passar coisas como falta de forro de porta falta da vareta do capô etc...
Ao entrar em contato pedindo uma justificativa a Dona do estabelecimento logo se prontificou a resolver situação da melhor forma possível, porém a falta de profissionalismo dos mecânicos que é o serviço que estou avaliando deixa muito a desejar.
 I did the cylinder retest and a pre-inspection. The mechanic who removed the cylinder was rude rude and unprofessional. The lady who is responsible for the administrative part was polite and helpful. The mechanic who carried out the pre-inspection did not look at even half of the inspection items, missing things like lack of door lining, missing hood rod, etc...
When contacting me for a justification, the owner of the establishment immediately offered to resolve the situation as best as possible, but the lack of professionalism of the mechanics, which is the service I am evaluating, leaves a lot to be desired.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Então quando fui fazer o orçamento pra instalação fui bem atendido e me falaram pra deixar o carro de manhã e pegar a tarde , mas quando fui pegar o carro não estava pronto tive que deixar pro outro dia.
No dia seguinte fui logo no primeiro horário e fiquei esperando lá quando terminaram o serviço meu carro não funcionava moral da história meu carro ficou 4 dias lá pra eles resolver tive que ir trabalhar de ônibus todos esses dias .
O gás não funcionava direito e toda vez que eu voltava la era mau atendido tinha que agendar o engraçado que na hora de compra o kit uma maravilha a impressão é que eles te trata bem até ganhar o seu dinheiro depois são arrogantes e grosso não resolveram meu problema tive que ir arrumar em outro lugar e pagar mais e não me deram a garantia do serviço e nem me reembolsaram o que tive que gastar a mais em outro lugar , falando que só dariam garantia se eu arrumar lá mas fui lá três dias seguidos e não fui atendido, pra quem trabalha com o carro não dá pra ficar indo todos os dias faltar no serviço esperando a boa vontade deles resolver o defeito que eles colocaram no meu carro.
Me arrependo muito de ter colocado com eles .
Não recomendo pra ninguém .
Depois que você paga eles te trata muito mau ...
So when I went to make the budget for the installation I was well attended and they told me to leave the car in the morning and pick up in the afternoon, but when I went to get the car it wasn't ready I had to leave it for another day.
The next day I went at the first hour and I was waiting there when they finished the service my car didn't work moral of the story my car was there for 4 days for them to resolve I had to go to work by bus all these days.
The gas didn't work properly and every time I went back there was poor service I had to schedule the funny thing that when buying the kit, it's wonderful, the impression is that they treat you well until you earn your money, then they're arrogant and rude, they didn't solve my problem I had to go fix it somewhere else and pay more and they did not guarantee the service or reimburse me for what I had to spend elsewhere , saying that they would only guarantee it if I did it there but I went there three days in a row and I was not assisted, for those who work with the car, it is not possible to be absent from work every day, waiting for their good will to solve the defect they placed in my car.
I really regret having put up with them.
I don't recommend it to anyone.
After you pay they treat you very bad...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui ao local para darem uma olhada na minha válvula de abastecimento GNV (a mesma estava com vazamento), colocaram um rapaz que aparentemente está “aprendendo” ou se já trabalha a tempo no local, não passa confiança alguma, não sabia responder a nenhuma pergunta. O mesmo foi até o escritório e retornou por 2x dizendo que teria que trocar a válvula inteira. Nenhum mecânico vai até o veículo ver a real situação, ninguém me passa uma confiança do que realmente está acontecendo com o problema de vazamento. O rapaz tirando a válvula com o cilindro aberto, ninguém ajuda o rapaz. Não recomendo!
I went to the place to have a look at my CNG supply valve (it was leaking), they put a guy who is apparently “learning” or if he has been working on site for a while, he doesn’t give any confidence, he didn’t know how to answer any questions . The same went to the office and returned twice saying that he would have to change the entire valve. No mechanic goes to the vehicle to see the real situation, no one gives me confidence as to what is really happening with the leak problem. The boy removing the valve with the cylinder open, nobody helps the boy. I do not recommend!
