★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Precisa capacitar melhor os atendentes, hoje passei lá pra tirar 2 Xerox o moço demorou 15 minutos, coisa que qualquer um consegui fazer em 1 minuto.entao se você for uma pessoa que estiver com pressa reserve no mínimo uns 40 mints dependendo do que você for fazer.
You need to train the attendants better, today I spent there to take 2 Xerox the guy took 15 minutes, something that anyone could do in 1 minute. So if you are a person in a hurry, book at least 40 mints depending on what you are do.

Falaram para eu buscar na segunda feira entrei em CTT não estava pronto.. na terça falaram que estava pronto e o moto boy iria entregar e até agora nada hoje eles se quer respondem o wpp para me dar um posicionamento!! Acho um descaso isso!!

They told me to pick it up on Monday I went to CTT it wasn't ready .. on Tuesday they said it was ready and the moto boy would deliver and so far nothing today they want to answer the wpp to give me a position !! I think this is a disregard !!

Mandei mensagem duas vezes ontem pelo whats perguntando se faziam quadro de cerâmica com foto , não me responderam . Liguei pelo whats , ignoram a ligação .
Hoje minha mãe mandou pelo celular dela , fotos pra fazer caneca personalizada , eles não responderam .
Mandei uma mensagem falando que não precisavam mais e que este tipo de atendimento eu dispenso .
Responderam com um " ok ". ( Ao menos um pedido de desculpas ).
Não esperava que a resposta fosse de imediato, pq entendo que tem outras demandas tbem e as vezes não dá pra responder naquele momento, mas não responder nem depois de um dia e ignorar ligação eu acho um absurdo .
Falta de profissionalismo , competência e respeito .Depois que o movimento cai , vão dizer que é devido a pandemia .

I sent a message twice yesterday on whats asking if they made a ceramic picture frame, they did not answer me. I called by whats, ignore the connection.
Today my mother sent pictures on her cell phone to make a personalized mug, they did not answer.
I sent a message saying that they no longer needed and that this type of assistance I do not need.
They responded with an "ok". (At least an apology).
I didn't expect the answer to be immediate, because I understand that there are other demands as well and sometimes I can't answer at that moment, but not responding even after a day and ignoring the call I think is absurd.
Lack of professionalism, competence and respect. After the movement falls, they will say that it is due to the pandemic.
