★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A lavagem das roupas até que não é ruim, mas o descaso com o serviço de coleta é péssimo. Pedi a coleta as 10am e as 13:00 ninguem tinha chegado. Quando liguei, simplesmente me falaram que o motorista ja tinha ido embora e nem tentaram resolver. Maior descaso impossivel. Pessimo trabalho.
 Washing the clothes is not bad, but the neglect of the collection service is terrible. I requested the pick up at 10am and at 13:00 no one had arrived. When I called, they simply told me that the driver was already gone and didn't even try to solve it. Greater disregard impossible. Bad job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito boa. Me salvou quando minha máquina de lavar quebrou. Gastei uma grana, mas pelo menos foi mais barato do que outras lavanderias do bairro e ainda ganhei um desconto e um brinde.
Very good. It saved me when my washing machine broke down. I spent some money, but at least it was cheaper than other laundries in the neighborhood and I still got a discount and a free gift.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não existe compromisso nenhum com prazo. Me deixaram na mão no Natal confirmando que o motorista estava a caminho de casa e até agora 02/01 nada, sem sinal de vida. Desrespeito. Não uso mais e não indico.
There is no commitment to deadline. They left me in hand at Christmas confirming that the driver was on his way home and so far 1/2 nothing, no sign of life. Disrespect. I don't use it anymore and I don't indicate it.

The service was wonderful! I needed to have a suit washed with some urgency and they were helpful in solving my problem and still made the delivery. Fair price, excellent service and service!

Devolveram sem as fronhas e com o lençol de baixo trocado por um lençol (pseudo branco de encardido) tamanho solteiro minúsculo.
Reclamei e sabe o que fizeram?
Pegaram todas as roupas que eu havia mandado antes, quando trouxeram o jogo de lençóis, entregaram sem realizar nenhum serviço, após ficarem por 3 dias com as mesmas e me bloquearam no what’s up!
Vou realizar BO e PROCON
King sent a set of sheets to be washed and past. Cotton 300 threads.
They returned without the pillowcases and the bottom sheet replaced by a sheet (pseudo grimy white) size tiny single.
I complained and know what they did?
They took all the clothes I had sent before, when they brought the match sheets, delivered without performing any service, after staying for three days with them and blocked me what's up!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como estava muito frio, procurei uma lavanderia rápida perto da minha casa. Essa foi a primeira que apareceu. Apesar das avaliações, decidi experimentar.
A primeira impressão: atrasaram a entrega das minhas roupas. Disseram que entrariam no dia seguinte.
Segunda impressão: as roupas não foram entregues no dia combinado. Liguei no dia seguinte e a resposta que tive foi que o motorista foi até o meu condomínio e não encontrou ninguém, além disso o porteiro não queria receber as roupas.
Terceira impressão: liguei novamente cobrando a entrega das minhas roupas e fui informado que o motorista chegaria atrasado. Liguei mais tarde e me disseram que dispensariam o motorista. Questionei a relação deste fato com a minha entrega. Então, a empresa se mobilizou e entregou minhas roupas na portaria do condomínio.
Quarta impressão: uma das camisas que deixei com eles voltou com uma pequena mancha. Levei a camisa de volta. Refizeram a lavagem. Três dias depois fui buscá-la e mancha ainda estava lá. Refizeram a lavagem, mas a mancha ainda estava lá. Me disseram que se lavassem de novo a camisa estragaria. Então me deram um crédito para lavar uma camisa.
Conclusão: atrasos, prejuízos e maltratos. Não recomendo.
As it was very cold, I looked for a quick laundry near my house. That was the first one that appeared. Despite the evaluations, I decided to try it out.
The first impression: they delayed the delivery of my clothes. They said they would come in the next day.
Second impression: the clothes were not delivered on the agreed day. I called the next day and the answer I got was that the driver went to my condo and found no one, besides the porter did not want to receive the clothes.
Third impression: I called again to collect my clothes and was informed that the driver would be late. I called later and I was told they would dismiss the driver. I questioned the relationship of this fact with my delivery. Then, the company mobilized and delivered my clothes to the condominium's concierge.
Fourth impression: one of the shirts I left with them came back with a small stain. I took the shirt back. They did the washing again. Three days later I went to get it and the spot was still there. They did the washing again, but the stain was still there. I was told that if they washed the shirt again it would spoil. So they gave me credit for washing a shirt.
Conclusion: delays, losses and mistreatment. I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento! Já tive problemas com entrega, atrasaram mais de uma semana. E esta semana eu pedi pra retirarem 2 cobertores para lavagem, e faz 2 dias que estou esperando. Não ligaram dando satisfação alguma, eu que tive q ligar pra saber o que houve e o atendente disse que houve atraso no delivery. Detalhe: moro há 2km da lavanderia. Atraso de 2 dias realmente deve ser devido a falta de organização da logística do delivery.
Não recomendo e nunca mais irei usar o serviço.
Terrible attendance! I've had problems with delivery, delayed more than a week. And this week I asked them to remove 2 blankets for washing, and it's been 2 days that I'm waiting. They did not call giving any satisfaction, I had to call to know what happened and the attendant said there was a delay in delivery. Detail: I live 2km from the laundry. Delay of 2 days really should be due to lack of delivery.
I do not recommend and will never use the service again.
