 I WAS VERY WELL ATTENDED BY A RECEPTIONIST, HE TREATED ME VERY WELL AND I ENJOYED HER SERVICE A LOT I RECOMMEND THE LABORATORY AND THE ATTENDANT.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Otimaaaaa. Sempre tive dificuldade em fazer exames de sangue e lá com o atendimento super consegui em poucos minutos. Além da eficiência fora o carinho e a empatia com as pessoas. O atendimento e nota 100000000. Agora sempre que precisar já tenho aonde ir sem preocupação e medo. Indico para todos.
Otimaaaaa. I always had difficulty doing blood tests and there with the super service I got it in a few minutes. In addition to efficiency, there was affection and empathy with people. I called the company to budget for exams and I was very well attended. I have nothing to complain about. The secretary was very polite, attentive and helpful. I recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca vi uma recepcionista tão sem educação como a de lá, totalmente desprepara para lidar com o público tanto por telefone como pessoalmente. Já fui algumas vezes só pelo senhor que faz a coleta(excelente). Mas infelizmente a recepção deixa muito a desejar.
I've never seen a receptionist as uneducated as the one there, totally unprepared to deal with the public both over the phone and in person. I've been a few times just for the gentleman who does the collection (excellent). But unfortunately the reception leaves a lot to be desired.
