★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solicitei a troca do display e touch, paguei R$180,00 recebi o celular descolando do display, falei com o proprietário Neto, e o mesmo disse que não tinha a tela do meu celular desde Junho de 2020, sendo que o conserto foi Novembro de 2020, assumindo ter realizado apenas a troca do vidro. Não recomendo! Cobram caro pra trocar apenas o vidro.
Respondendo ao comentário abaixo: um homem atendeu o telefone e se identificou como Neto e ainda frisou ser o dono do estabelecimento e responsável pela compra de peças no estabelecimento e ele mesmo ao falar que não tinha comprado a peça desde o mês de Junho de 2020 pela lógica não poderia fazer meu serviço, ou poderia ter sido honesto e ter avisado que cobraria apenas o vidro, pois como já falei acima me cobraram pelo touch e tela. Não recomendo não façam serviço lá! FORAM DESONESTOS ! Se aproveitam do cliente por serem a maioria leigos do assunto, só descobri pq levei a outra assistência que mostrou que fui roubada.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Variedades tem , porém a parte de concerto de celular foi uma experiência horrível,levei um celular abriram e disseram o problema,dei o valor e concertaram,assim que cheguei na minha casa percebi que o celular não carregava, voltei lá em menos de 24h , relataram outro problema e teriam que abrir o celular novamente e deram outro valor,o problema estava dentro do celular quase no mesmo do primeiro problema ,e ainda corria o risco de trincar a tela e caso isso acontecesse eu teria que arcar ,como não trincou na primeira vez não quis arriscar e gastar dinheiro duas vezes ,perdi o celular e o $ do primeiro concerto .
2* ARREPENDIMENTO
Meu marido levou meu celular que nem terminei de pagar para concertar lá ,nem sabia que foi lá que ele tinha levado , foi com um problema e veio com outro,meu celular digita sozinho e mexe nos aplicativos sem nem eu estar segurando ele ,meu marido foi lá disseram que reebolsavam mais teria que tirar a tela da frente ,no caso esse foi o concerto,meu celular já estava todo cheio de cola ,eles queriam arrancar a tela e devolver o dinheiro, não quis perder mais um celular ,por fim nesse concerto meu marido pagou $320 e só recebeu $70 de volta e eu fiquei com a tela deles e um celular que tem vida própria

2* REPENTANCE
My husband took my cell phone that I didn't even finish paying to fix it there, I didn't even know it was there that he took it, it was with a problem and came with another one, my cell phone types by itself and touches the apps without even me holding it, my husband it was there they said they would refund but I would have to take the screen out of the front, in this case it was the concert, my cell phone was already full of glue, they wanted to tear off the screen and return the money, I didn't want to lose another cell, finally this one concert my husband paid $320 and only got $70 back and I got their screen and a cell phone that has a life of its own
NEVER AGAIN, I DON'T INDICATE A PART OF THE CONCERT

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência, fui fazer a troca da bateria e recolocar a tela que estava praticamente descolando de um serviço que eles mesmo fizeram, ao receber meu celular e a "minha bateria antiga" a bateria antiga tinha um adesivo de outra loja de peças, meu celular só foi aberto por eles para troca de tela, minha bateria era original, eles provavelmente não trocaram minha bateria, e eu ainda ia pagar pelo serviço, ainda bem que notei e só paguei a recolocação da tela, como não podia mexer no celular,
identifiquei que o sensor de digital não estava pegando ( não recolocaram o flat do sensor de digital - modelo na foto) voltei no outro dia e expliquei porem a loja não da garantia do serviço e não iria se responsabilizar por refazer o serviço pelo risco de quebrar a tela, e ainda tive que ouvir " se você sabe que é o flat faça você".
Falei com o dono Henrique e mais uma vez em plena arrogância a me ouvir e resolver meu problema frisou que não vai se responsabilizar pelo serviço, só querem lucro e qualidade de atendimento e serviço 0.
Não façam serviço no celular quando vocês não podem ver o que estão fazendo, infelizmente perdi a confiança nessa loja, cuidado para não acontecer com vocês.

I identified that the digital sensor was not picking up (they did not replace the digital sensor flat - model in the photo) I came back the other day and explained why the store did not guarantee the service and would not be responsible for redoing the service due to the risk of breaking the screen, and I still had to hear "if you know it's the flat do it".
I spoke with owner Henrique and once again in full arrogance to listen to me and solve my problem, he stressed that he will not be responsible for the service, they just want profit and quality of care and service 0.
Do not do service on your cell phone when you can’t see what you’re doing, unfortunately I lost confidence in this store, be careful not to happen to you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei p trocar a tela e devolveram cheio de cola, mal feito; em volta cheio de remendo, ainda por cima navegaram no meu celular, SEM PERMISSÃO, pois entreguei c 45% e voltou em 13%, ainda no modo não pertube. Muita cara de pau, né? Não recomendo. PÉSSIMO!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agilidade no processo de entrega muito bom, mas o que fica a desejar é quando o encaixe das peças no aparelho começam a se soltar, o prazo de garantia é péssimo, tendo em vista que o cliente tem que ficar mexendo, usando o celular diariamente e constantemente para verificação de algum dano posterior dentro da garantia e o excesso de cola quando se faz a troca da tela, realmente,deixa a desejar, deveriam no mínimo fazerem a limpeza externa e entregar o aparelho pelo menos, em um saco transparente, pois, entregam com muitas marcas e ruim no acabamento

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente péssima. Levei meu celular para consertar, paguei muito caro, e até hoje meu celular ficou com o mesmo defeito. Retornei pois só me deram 10 dias de garantia. E com a maior simplicidade , três funcionários que estavam ouvindo minha queixa, não tiveram nenhuma atitude. Só me ouviram. Depois é que fiquei sabendo que este lugar não tem boas referências. NÃO INDICO PRA NINGUÉM. NÃO LEVEM SEUS CELULARES, VAI TOMAR PREJUÍZO COMO FOI COMIGO.
