No que diz respeito ao trabalho dela. O sistema em si não parece muito prático e exige várias etapas . Queria muito ter pago minha infusão Aclasta com meu cartão internacional mas o sistema não permitiu. O mundo está globalizado mas o sistema ainda parece ser limitado.
Outra observação é que a empresa de compra parece não ter sincronia com a empresa que aplica.
Eu até entendo que o paciente precisa marcar o
Horário diretamente com a empresa que vai aplicar mas o chamado voucher ja deveria ir direto para a empresa responsável em administrar o medicamento assim evitaria esta etapa para o paciente.
Precisar pensar em linhas mais práticas de soluções eficientes e seguras para todos os lados.

As far as her job is concerned. The system itself does not seem very practical and requires several steps. I really wanted to pay for my Aclasta infusion with my international card but the system wouldn't allow it. The world is globalized but the system still seems to be limited.
Another observation is that the purchasing company does not seem to be in sync with the company that applies.
I even understand that the patient needs to schedule the
Schedule directly with the company that will apply, but the so-called voucher should already go directly to the company responsible for administering the medication, thus avoiding this step for the patient.
Need to think of more practical lines of efficient and safe solutions for all sides.

Causando um grande atraso no envio da mercadoria ! A atendente alegou que eu tinha q avisar sobre a confirmação do pagamento ! Como assim ? Hj em dia é tudo automatizado o próprio sistema identifica a confirmação do pagamento e libera o produto pra envio !! Obrigado

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das outras vezes foram ótimas mas dessa última vez foi péssima pq se o WhatsApp está com problema deveria avisar os clientes poise a maioria dos remédios manipulado tem horário para ser tomado e também vocês tem horario pra fazer as entregas e por esse motivo já fiquei sem o remédio porque já não fazia mais entrega no horário q vocês me responderam .
