★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A experiência da compra foi tranquila. Comprei o berço para meu neto, porém, até o momento minha filha não recebeu. Já está com atraso de 13 dias e sempre dão a mesma desculpa... que será entregue na semana seguinte. Não indico a loja para ninguém!
 The shopping experience was smooth. I bought the crib for my grandson, however, so far my daughter has not received it. It's already 13 days late and they always give the same excuse ... that will be delivered the following week. I don't recommend the store to anyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atraso na entrega ou seja passei o dia esperando e nada e fui avisada apenas no final no dia que meu pedido não saiu da loja, na outra desculpa não tinha o berço para realizar a entrega pq entregaram para outro cliente tive que aguardar uma nova compra mas fui avisada 1 dia antes da data reprogramada ou seja mais 1 dia sem o berço. Após mais 15 dias entrega realizada e montagem foi feita na mesmo dia. De brinde tive um ninho que ao chegar em casa eatava todo riscado caneta coloquei p lavar mas não saiu reclamei novamente com Maria e nada de um retorno. Sinceramente não sei se indicaria a loja, e a vendedora totalmente despreparada.
Delay in delivery or I spent the day waiting and nothing and I was only informed at the end of the day that my order did not leave the store, in the other excuse I did not have the cradle to carry out the delivery because they delivered it to another customer I had to wait for a new purchase but I was notified 1 day before the rescheduled date, that is 1 more day without the cot. After another 15 days delivery was carried out and assembly was done on the same day. As a gift I had a nest that when I got home and had all the scratched pen I put it to wash but it didn't come out I complained again with Maria and nothing about a return. I honestly don't know if I would recommend the store, and the salesperson totally unprepared.

It was a cost-effective purchase and very good service both in the purchase, delivery and assembly of the crib and dresser, and within the promised deadline.

Todos os itens foram entregues dentro do prazo, muitos foram adiantados o que me ajudou muito! O quarto ficou lindo! Tudo de excelente qualidade e o melhor de tudo, é o melhor preço da Teodoro Sampaio!
The store is beautiful, the service is great, especially from Cristina, who is very dedicated. I bought my baby's entire room in wood and all the trousseau (nanny bed, changing table and crib). All items were delivered on time, many were advanced which helped me a lot! The room was beautiful! All of excellent quality and best of all, it's Teodoro Sampaio's best price!

Além disso a Maria foi extremamente atenciosa se preocupando inclusive em como iríamos levar a cadeira. Recomendo muito a Hercules e com certeza vamos comprar outras vezes.
I bought a nursing chair at the store with Maria. The chair was delivered on time and exactly as we chose. In addition, Maria was extremely attentive, even worrying about how we were going to take the chair. I highly recommend Hercules and will definitely buy again.
