Entraram em contato comigo me oferecendo os serviços da loja,pq fiz a aquisição de um imóvel,me fizeram o 1° atendimento,e passei as referências e idéias que eu tenho para um futuro projeto.
Qdo chegamos na loja,havia agendado com a projetista Nayla,que estava em atendimento naquele momento.
Veio um rapaz para nos mostrar o show room enquanto ela finalizava. Ele nos apresentou a loja e o tempo todo dizendo o que era mais caro e o que não era.(como se não tivéssemos nenhuma condição de comprar). Quando fomos apresentados ao projeto e as condições de pagamento,os valores e condições não era ruins,mas quando disse q não fechariamos a Nayla simplesmente nos disse que estava fazendo aquilo pra nos ajudar,mas que pra ela aquela venda nem compensava,pq ela receberia a comissão só em janeiro,e em seguida disse que as promoções eram válidas apenas pra aquela data e que depois disso era só a vista ou parcelado em 2 ou 3 parcelas.
Eu não sei disfarçar em certas situações então me contive pq sou uma pessoa educada,o projeto ficou vago,péssimo,eu pedi o armario na cor azul ela fez questao de dizer q o azul era caro,não atendeu nada do que pedi nas referências.
Me ofereceu um brinde.
E mesmo assim eu não ia fechar com ela? (Perguntou a mesma)
Perguntou se havia gostado do projeto se havia algo que poderia mudar,disse que não havia necessidade,porque se estivesse bem feito não ia precisar fazer mudanças bruscas e como já tínhamos sido mal atendidos não tive ânimo nem disposição pra isso.
Então Italinea,eu acho que seus projetistas deveriam ser moldados com mais delicadeza,porque naquele sábado eu tinha condições de fechar a vista..TINHA NÃO...TENHO, mas infelizmente vocês prestam um mal atendimento e provavelmente julgam as pessoas pela aparência.
Porém não ia jogar dinheiro fora com um projeto vago e incompleto daquele,parem de agir como se fossemos idiotas e não tivéssemos conhecimento de certos assuntos,estão sempre alfinetando a concorrência não tem ética,Nayla me disse que outra loja não faria as mesmas condições,mas infelizmente está enganada outra loja aumenta o preço sim mas se portam comp devem,porque o barato costuma sair bem caro.

A guy came to show us the show room while she was finishing up. He introduced us to the store and all the time telling us what was more expensive and what wasn't (as if we had no conditions to buy). When we were introduced to the project and the payment terms, the amounts and terms were not bad, but when I said we wouldn't close, Nayla simply told us that she was doing it to help us, but that for her that sale wasn't even worth it, because she would receive the commission only in January, and then said that the promotions were valid only for that date and that after that it was only in cash or in 2 or 3 installments.
I don't know how to disguise it in certain situations so I refrained because I'm a polite person, the project was vacant, terrible, I asked for the closet in blue, she made a point of saying that the blue was expensive, it didn't meet anything I asked for in the references.
Offered me a freebie.
And even so I wasn't going to close with her? (asked the same)
He asked if he liked the project if there was anything he could change, he said there was no need, because if it was done well, he wouldn't need to make any sudden changes and as we had already been poorly attended to, I didn't have the heart or inclination to do so.
So Italinea, I think your designers should be molded more delicately, because that Saturday I was able to close my eyes... I HAD NOT... I HAVE NOT, but unfortunately you provide poor service and probably judge people by their appearance.
But I wasn't going to throw money away with a vague and incomplete project like that, stop acting like we're idiots and we don't know about certain matters, they're always sniping at the competition has no ethics, Nayla told me that another store wouldn't do the same conditions, but unfortunately you are wrong, another store increases the price yes but they behave comp they must, because the cheap is usually very expensive.

Não compre nessa loja quando eles vai vender e tudo lindo todos amigos. Apos você assinar o contrato. Tive que ligar 4x para que o medidor fosse até minha residência. Apos isso eu que tive que ligar várias vezes na loja para que eles libera-se o projeto após eu assinar o projeto final ele falaram 40 dias úteis para a entrega dos meus móveis e esse prazo só foi cumprido porque eu ligava todos os dias na loja quando foi entreguem. Os entregador deixo os moveis de qual quer jeito na minha casa. Apos isso mandaram um e-mail informando que seria 5 dias para montagem mais porém demoro quase 10 dias quando começo a montagem aí percebi que o vendedor só prometeu e não fez aí você liga na loja o gerente e ignorante e fala que os vendedor não faz mais parte do quadro de funcionários. Tirando as dobradiças de má qualidade e 1 porta que que teve que ser refeita 5x e ainda está mal acabada até desistir de pedi para arrumar várias vezes

Do not buy in this store when they will sell and everything is beautiful everyone friends After you sign the contract. I had to call 4x for the meter to go to my residence. After that, I had to call the store several times so that the project is released after I sign the final project. They spoke 40 working days for the delivery of my furniture and this deadline was only met because I called every day at the store. when it was delivered. The deliverymen leave the furniture in my house any way. After that they sent an e-mail informing that it would be 5 days for assembly more but it takes me almost 10 days when I start the assembly there I realized that the seller only promised and did not do it then you call the store the manager and ignorant and say that the seller does not more part of the staff. Apart from the poor quality hinges and 1 door that had to be redone 5x and is still badly finished until I gave up asking to fix it several times

Fechamos em Maio de 2021, marcamos a medição cerca de 5 meses depois, que foi atendida dentro do prazo, revisitamos o projeto com o funcionário Alex, que nos proporcionou a experiência completa, explicando todos os detalhes e orientando quanto as nossas ideias que poderiam não ser tão funcionais rsrs, por fim, um mês depois recebemos a entrega dos móveis e a montagem foi marcada para a mesma semana! Os prestadores de montagem chegaram no horário combinado, são ótimos, muito competentes e parecem dominar a arte de montar móveis! Deixaram tudo limpinho, e regulado. Os móveis têm acabamento de altíssima qualidade, fiquei surpresa por ser melhor do que esperava! Ganhamos de brinde um lindo forno de embutir que foi entregue durante a montagem dos móveis. E ressalto também que as madeiras que sobraram são retiradas pela própria loja, o que é muito bom!
Estamos muito satisfeitos com o Grupo Souza Monteiro, desde a venda, até o pós venda. Recomendo.

The assembly contractors arrived on time, they are great, very competent and seem to master the art of assembling furniture! They left everything clean, and regulated. The furniture is finished to a very high quality, I was surprised that it was better than I expected! We received as a gift a beautiful built-in oven that was delivered during the assembly of the furniture. And I also emphasize that the wood that is left over is removed by the store itself, which is very good!
We are very satisfied with the Souza Monteiro Group, from sales to after sales. I recommend.

Quando eu falei que precisava pensar e retornar o contato no dia seguinte o vendedor disse que não tinha essa possinilidade que a proposta era só para aquele dia, quando eu saisse da loja não iria mais valer. Até tinha a real intenção de compra, mas pelo pessimo atendimento prefiro achar outra empresa

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei minha cozinha e assinei agora em fevereiro pois o apartamento ficou pronto em janeiro, o prazo não é o mesmo relatado no momento da venda, me falaram no máximo 15 dias , mais esse prazo é só o da medição, o prazo real da entrega e montagem são e 30 a 40 dias ( úteis ), que é absurdo entendo a demanda tudo , mais se tivessem me falado o prazo real não teria comprado, fui muito bem atendida no Anália e na Mooca , mais a vendedora inicial poderia ter sido mais honesta comigo, por que é um transtorno ficar tanto tempo sem a cozinha em um AP novo. Não recomendo devido a demora e não ao atendimento.
