★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremamente chateada com a minha experiência de compras nas Lojas Hering! No dia dos pais fiz uma compra na loja Hering no Prado Shopping, fui informada que poderia haver troca dentro de 30 dias em QUALQUER loja Hering! O tamanho que comprei infelizmente ficou grande, fui até a loja do Campinas Shopping e eles não tinham mais esse modelo da camiseta, mas fui informada que se eu não conseguisse trocar em outra loja, poderia voltar lá e escolher outro produto!
Ontem resolvi voltar a loja do Campinas Shopping para fazer a troca, assim que entrei na loja, a vendedora e a caixa viram que eu estava com a sacola e não me atenderam de prontidão! Avisei que era uma troca e já percebi a má vontade para me atender.... Olhou novamente a peça e me informou que não poderia fazer a troca, apenas na própria loja que comprei o produto, ou seja, FALANDO TOTALMENTE O CONTRÁRIO DO QUE DA PRIMEIRA VEZ! Ainda me informou que eu não poderia trocar por outras peças na loja! Sai muito nervosa com o PESSIMO ATENDIMENTO E POUCA VONTADE em resolver o problema dos clientes!
Perdi meu tempo, fui até a loja originária da compra e fui informada que eles poderiam sim ter trocado para mim as peças! E por QUALQUER OUTRA PEÇA DA LOJA!
Foi a minha primeira e última compra nessa PESSIMA LOJA! Isso me prova que para vender vale tudo, já no pós atendimento eles podem tratar como quiserem!
 Extremely upset about my shopping experience at Hering Stores! On Father's Day I made a purchase at the Hering store in Prado Shopping, I was informed that there could be exchange within 30 days at ANY Hering store! The size I bought unfortunately got big, I went to the Campinas Shopping store and they didn't have this shirt model anymore, but I was informed that if I couldn't change it at another store, I could go back there and choose another product!
Yesterday I decided to go back to the Campinas Shopping store to make the exchange, as soon as I entered the store, the seller and the cashier saw that I had the bag and didn't attend to me promptly! I warned that it was an exchange and I already noticed the unwillingness to serve me.... He looked at the piece again and informed me that he could not make the exchange, only in the store where I bought the product, that is, FULLY SPEAKING THE OPPOSITE OF WHAT THE FIRST TIME! Also informed me that I could not exchange for other parts in the store! I leave very nervous with the BAD SERVICE AND LITTLE WILL to solve the customer's problem!
I wasted my time, I went to the store where the purchase was made and I was informed that they could indeed have exchanged the pieces for me! AND FOR ANY OTHER PART IN THE STORE!
It was my first and last purchase in this BAD STORE! This proves to me that to sell anything goes, in the after-care they can treat as they wish!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muuuita burocracia na troca de produto do mesmo modelo e mesmo valor que foi comprado na mesma loja ontem, ele estava com etiqueta e nota fiscal(eu queria trocar por um de outro tamanho e outra cor) só isso.
Pediram: o número do meu CPF 4 vezes, o número do CPF da minha mãe, meu email, CEP, e perguntaram várias vezes a minha solicitação...atendimento demorado.
A primeira funcionária foi extremamente estúpida desde o começo, sem preparo, e sem controle emocional.
Vou evitar ao máximo essa loja para não passar nervoso caso eu precise fazer novamente uma simples troca.
Lots of bureaucracy in exchanging a product of the same model and the same value that was purchased at the same store yesterday, it had a tag and invoice (I wanted to exchange it for another size and color) that's all.
They asked for: my CPF number 4 times, my mother's CPF number, my email, zip code, and they asked my request several times...delayed service.
The first employee was extremely stupid from the start, unprepared, and without emotional control.
I'll avoid this store as much as possible so I don't get nervous if I need to make a simple exchange again.
