★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu tive uma péssima experiência nesse lugar. Além da loja está praticamente falida e sem quase nenhuma opção de camisas masculinas.... Eu fui efetuar uma troca que tinha comprado à 30 dias, a camisa foi R$49, 90, na hora do caixa a atendente mal educada queria me dizer que eu paguei R$ 14, 90, gente desde quando a HERING tem camisas no valor de R$ 14, 90??? A camisa com a etiqueta e toda certinha não efetuaram a troca. Tenham cuidado eu quase cai nesse golpe. Se eu paguei R$ 49, 90 na peça a troca TEM QUE SER NO MESMO VALOR!
I had a bad experience in this place. Besides, the store is practically bankrupt and with almost no option for men's shirts.... I went to make an exchange that I had bought 30 days ago, the shirt was R$49.90, at the checkout time, the rude attendant wanted to tell me that I paid R$14.90, people since when HERING has shirts worth R$14.90??? The shirt with the tag and all the right ones didn't make the change. Be careful I almost fell for that scam. If I paid R$49.90 in the piece, the exchange MUST BE THE SAME VALUE!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é péssimo, a camiseta básica não é encontrada pra levar na hora ,você faz a reserva daí a 4 dias você tem que voltar a loja pra retirar...vendedores super sem treino para atendimento além de extrema má vontade. Como sou fã da marca acabei me atendendo sozinha. Fiquei tão irritada que acabei errando minha senha e meu cartão bloqueado.Lamentavel.
Gosto muito da marca mas acho que os vendedores deveriam ser melhor treinados,sou vendedora também e jamais atendo cliente da forma que fui atendida. Entrei na loja pra comprar e se fosse bem atendida com certeza teria comprado mais.faltou VENDEDOR.
The service is terrible, the basic shirt cannot be found to take away, you make the reservation in 4 days and you have to go back to the store to collect it... super sellers without training for service, in addition to extreme ill will. As I'm a fan of the brand, I ended up taking care of myself. I was so angry that I ended up getting my password wrong and my card locked.
I really like the brand but I think sellers should be better trained, I'm a seller too and I never serve the customer the way I was served. I went into the store to buy and if I had been well serviced I would certainly have bought more.

Triste por isso, desde criança gostava de usar esse básico e do qual não está mais acessível a todas a toda população.
