★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad customer service, we purchased a piece of cloth there, the cashier told us to get in touch with our bank as her "system" indicated payment did not go through, we paid in cash instead just to discover a couple hours ago that the card had been debited. The next day we went back to inform the manager of the situation and despite various messages exchanged nothing has been done. We are still waiting for a solution today. Would never ever purchase from here again and would not recommend anyone else to either. It looks like a scam where no one is responsible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very bad customer service. We purchased a pair of shorts as a gift for someone who didn’t want them. We tried to return the purchase and they basically laughed in our face and refused to cooperate- even raising their voices at us. Would never, ever, ever purchase from here again and would not recommend anyone else go either. Many other stores of similar quality and much better service in the nearby area.

Special mention to Rebecca who went out of her way to find the right pair of shoes for me - when they didn’t have them in my size in this store she found them in the system at an Osklen store in Barra and even went and got them delivered all the way to my hotel! Highly recommended.
