★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As roupas são boas e tem boa qualidade. Entretanto, parece que a loja não trabalha com modelos variados e diversificados, deixando a desejar nesse quesito. Fora isso, o atendimento da Loja do shopping El Dourado é muito maravilhoso!
 The clothes are good and of good quality. However, it seems that the store does not work with varied and diversified models, leaving something to be desired in this regard. Other than that, the service at the El Dourado mall store is very wonderful!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento regular, o vendedor informou que não tinha mais o que eu estava buscando. Eu encontrei , experimentei e gostei. Ele veio me entregar uma ficha com o nome dele para entregar no caixa, porém eu preferi acrescentar ao pedido da minha filha, passando a comissão para outro vendedor.
Regular service, the seller informed that he no longer had what I was looking for. I found it, I tried it and I liked it. He came to give me a card with his name to deliver to the cashier, but I preferred to add it to my daughter's order, passing the commission to another salesperson.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CHOCANTE!!!! Ganhei uma calça. Infelizmente a calça veio com o "imã de segurança" por erro da atendente. Fui a loja para pedir a retirada do imã e a troca por um número menor. Fiquei CHOCADAAAAAA!!! E SEM REAÇÃO.... A vendedora mau me atendeu disse que só poderia retirar o imã e fazer a troca com a nota. Mas a calça ainda estava com a etiqueta conforme orientado na compra. CHOCADAAAAAA ...Porque a vendedora insinuou o que??? Nossa fiquei tão sem reação que no momento nem fui a delegacia fazer o BO. PQ NA MINHA CONCEPCAO ISSO SIM É UMA calúnia por danos morais. Espero uma resposta para tal.atitude!!
SHOCKING!!!! I got a pair of pants. Unfortunately the pants came with the "security magnet" by mistake of the attendant. I went to the store to ask for the magnet to be removed and exchanged for a smaller size. I was SHOCKED!!! AND WITHOUT REACTION.... The saleswoman bad answered me and said that she could only remove the magnet and exchange it with the note. But the pants still had the tag as instructed in the purchase. CHOCADAAAAAA ...Because the saleswoman insinuated what??? Wow, I was so unresponsive that at the moment I didn't even go to the police station to do the OR. BECAUSE IN MY CONCEPTION THAT IS A slander for moral damages. I hope a response to such.attitude!!

Quanto ao atendimento, eu simplesmente, AMEI!! a vendedora super paciente comigo, me deu opções e me deixou super à vontade. Queria muito comprar lá, mas n encontrei exatamente o que eu queria. Fui na parte da tarde.
Beautiful store! It doesn't have a lot of model options, maybe because of the size of the store, which isn't that big.
As for the service, I just LOVED it!! the saleswoman was super patient with me, gave me options and made me super comfortable. I really wanted to buy there, but I couldn't find exactly what I wanted. I went in the afternoon.
