★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não comprem dessa loja! Comprei um sapato em 3 meses ele perdeu a sola inteira! Essa sola de borracha é recortada e colada no fundo do sapato.. ou seja fez um buraquinho e pisou no molhado vai ter seu pé cheio de agua!
Péssima qualidade pra um sapato de $500 reais durar apenas 3 meses. Pior ainda é o atendimento da loja que nao fizeram nada porque nao tinham nem feito meu cadastro e nem me dado uma nota fiscal ou recibo pela compra!

 Don't buy from this store! I bought a shoe in 3 months it lost its entire sole! This rubber sole is cut out and glued to the bottom of the shoe. In other words, it made a small hole and stepped on the wet. Your foot will be full of water!
Poor quality for a $ 500 shoe lasts only 3 months. Even worse is the customer service at the store, they did nothing because they had neither registered nor given me an invoice or receipt for the purchase!
No guarantee, no quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei uma camisa para meu esposo há pouco tempo, ele usou umas 2 vezes e tem uma costura grossa no colarinho que machuca a região cervical. Estivemos na loja hoje buscando uma solução. Fomos muito mal atendidos pelo gerente que sem vontade de solucionar disse que se mandasse para o conserto e não ficasse bom...não poderia fazer nada...
Disse não há como fazer uma trocar, ele disse: Não ele já usou.
Ué claro que usou pois foi depois que usou que percebeu o desconforto e que estava machucando. Trouxemos a camisa saímos bem insatisfeitos e o GERENTE deu de ombros.Shopping Eldorado

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um terno pra um evento e me disseram que levaria 1 semana pra fazer o ajuste. Quando retornei há 17 dias do evento pediram 30 dias para faze-lo. Péssima experiência.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui fazer uma troca hoje entrei na loja e falei boa tarde para uma atendente loira, parecia que ela tava correndo de mim, aí fui em outra cara do cabelo grisalho aí falei para ele que eu queria fazer uma troca, aí ele ficou andando com umas roupas para lá e pra cá, depois perguntaram quem tava no S, não sei o que significa isso mas já percebi que essa loja divide os clientes por classe, outra vez eu entrei aí tinha um monte parado na entrada da loja, aí ficaram escolhendo qual ia me atender

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento do vendedor Sr Elizeu, antes de comprar me mandou inúmeras mensagens para procurar ele, no dia da compra foi o gerente Sr Wagner quem me atendeu porque o vendedor estava ocupado, mesmo assim ganhou sua comissão sem ter feito nada, após a compra e ter ganho sua comissão, passou a ignorar minhas ligações e mensagens, pedi para acompanhar o conserto do terno e respeitar o prazo, nenhuma resposta.
Terrible service from the seller Mr Elizeu, before buying he sent me numerous messages to look for him, on the day of purchase it was the manager Mr Wagner who answered me because the seller was busy, even so he earned his commission without having done anything, after the purchase and having won his commission, he started ignoring my calls and messages, I asked to accompany the repair of the suit and respect the deadline, no response.
